While we worked through our issues, which seemed to eat into out time away a few times , the price of the unit/stay were way out of range for all the hassle.
1. Our email to get into the unit didn't come and the office is not open very often. To even get to the office you need the code from the email...Call was made and transferred on to a couple numbers and eventually we got in.
2. Furniture was not as pictured (3 of the parts of the lounger was broken) the cabinetry is broken down, doors do not latch or lock to bedrooms. No cleaning supplies to even start your trip( dish detergent/ half roll of TP on each bathroom/ no broom to sweep once in a while etc)
3. Spoke with manager in the elevator who had an elaborate response and knew of the units issues( I will be watching for any changes) He blamed COVID.
4. Day 4 we came back to the unit to have the kitchen floor covered in water, called maintenance, we discovered a cheap repair was handled with a bowl under the sink to catch the drips. We were not aware of the bowl " fix" and it over filled. Maintenance came, tightened faucet hose and replaced bowl, leaving towels to soak up what was still coming from under the cabinet for days.
Location is fabulous!! Management is sparse, at best. Beaches are THE best but if they don't put some money back into this place quickly( stop blaming COVID for delays btw) Its going to get worse. I wont stay again and its our 3rd trip in a year.
