This absolutely stunning Townhouse, directly on the sugar sand beaches of Redington Shores, has everything you can dream of in a vacation home! Great for a large family or a group of friends getaway! The home features an amazing state of the art open kitchen with a large island and all high end stainless GE kitchen appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a Keurig coffee maker, double ovens and a warming drawer in addition to all other standard appliances. The beautiful elegant dining area has seating for 10 plus there's a wet bar with 5 more stools for additional seating. The large living area features a 75 inch flat screen TV and opens up to a beach front balcony with rattan furniture and cocktail tables. Extremely comfortable bedding and an additional ottoman sleeper for extra space is just what you will be looking for after a long day playing on the beach!! The property features an elevator for easy access. Strong Wi-Fi signal throughout with Google Wi-Fi.

2 of the bedrooms with king size beds have en-suite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is a great kids room with 2 twin bunk beds. There's a bonus room that has a trundle bed, flat screen TV and access to another beach front balcony on top floor. All rooms are equipped with large LCD TV's.

A great game room on garage level featuring a pool table and a foosball table. It also opens up to a beach side sundeck with lounge chairs, picnic table and grill. What a great place to hang out and have fun with friends and family while enjoying the beach in the back yard!

You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 2.5 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. Great location and Home
We really enjoyed the location of the house. The beach was not overloaded. There were some great restaurants. I highly recommend salt rock grill, and seabreeze. Surf shops close by. Home had alot of space and many items have been left behind for the beach.. chairs, umbrellas, tents, buckets, wagon ect beach towels were available and basics salt pepper spices ect we were very comfortable and enjoyed this home.

This family-oriented vacation rental is conveniently located near various dining establishments. The rental appears to be well-maintained and offers ample space. It features three balconies with stunning ocean views. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary cookware for preparing most meals. Additionally, there is a spacious deck on the ground floor with a grill and an adjoining recreation room with a pool table and foosball table for those seeking respite from the sun. I would certainly consider returning with my family.

House Keeping cutting Corners
Property was generally as advertised, beach location is very good. Start up supplies for quests were sparse and absolutely of lowest quality. All hand soap dispenser bottles at each sink had been topped off with water. In a post covid environment this fundamental disregard for sanitary standards is simply unacceptable. The grill was gross, had large chunks of burnt meat and fish, it had not been touched. Lower level game room specifically the pool table should not be advertised as playable. Felt is full of holes and torn, siderails are bare with chunks of cushion dropping unto the surface, there is cardboard propped up under some of the legs supporting a completely unlevel table. Slidding doors and screens doors very hard to open or close. Game room smells of stale musty air. Kitchen was ok, beds were comfortable, no operating sound system in the home. TV's worked but basically cable channels were not accessible. We booked this home looking forward to playing pool in the evenings as several of us play regularly. I would not recommend this place and regret booking it.

Luxurious, spacious, clean, and a great location all rolled up to create a very special vacation experience for us. The furniture, including beds, were comfortable and clean. There are many great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend that everyone try Sweet Sage. We did not want to leave and we look forward to staying here again.

For the cost a couple things could of been better cleaned (I’m sure was just oversight) but overall a nice place to stay. A little anxious not receiving any check-in information until after 4pm, but it all worked out.

Beach bucket list
The townhouse provided enough space for all of us and included everything we needed to make meals. The location was perfect. Easy access to the beach and places to visit and eat. The sunsets were fantastic! Having the elevator made packing and unpacking convient. We were told there would be no beach chairs or toys, but they were provided as well as a wagon and umbrella. Wish I had known as we brought all of those. The only problem we had (and we saw in the guest book others did) was the main tv in the living room. No live tv at all. Very hard to operate. The other tvs in the bedroom were fine. We would return to this townhouse and recommend it to others. Thank you for sharing your home with us and others.

Beautiful but not clean when we arrived
This home was so great for my family and in-laws to stay together for a weekend. The location is fantastic, with great comfy king beds, a gorgeous beach, and plenty of patio space. We cooked multiple meals and the kitchen is roomy/had everything we needed. We had a guest in a wheelchair and we were so thrilled to have a working elevator (that is why we chose this spot). Unfortunately, our stay was slightly dampened by the lack of cleanliness when we arrived - and this is mirrored in multiple other reviews, so this is a trend. The floors and stairs were dirty and had visible crumbs when we checked in. Multiple nightstands were dusty and had hair on them. The garbage in the kitchen is broken (when you pull it out it falls off its tracks). The top of the fridge is full of dust. The pull-out couch was full of crumbs. This may be out of the owner's control, but the outside recycle bins and trash bins were full when we arrived, so we struggled to take out our own trash and recycling. When we called management shortly after checking in to share our disappointment with the cleanliness, they sent someone the next day, and by that time, it seemed a bit moot. As other reviewers mentioned, there are limited dishwashing tabs and toilet paper, so bring your own if you can. Ultimately we really enjoyed the house. With a little more attention to cleanliness, I would absolutely come back. And if you need a gorgeous beach home with an elevator, this is the place! But for the price, I expect it to be clean.

Very nice home in a Beautiful location
9 adult friends stayed in the house. It’s a perfect location with beach access in a place that’s not too busy or commercialized. You walk in and out of the backyard onto the beach. Beautiful sunsets and very nice outdoor space options with views and plenty of furniture. Walkable and easy driving to restaurants and we rented kayaks and played pickleball right up the road. Plenty of room and kitchen was very well stocked with equipment for cooking and eating at home. Only downsides: 1) second floor has two full baths but one is en-suite, so 5 adults folks did need to share one bathroom there. 2) we missed the fine print that they didn’t have beach towels. 3) basement was quite musty, not sure if that’s from the hurricane or more permanent. Overall we would definitely come back!!

This is a beautiful Gulf front townhouse. Nicely appointed decor and kitchen appliances. The 5th bedroom is only a sofabed, which can be missed if you don’t read the fine print. Absolutely loved the crows nest upstairs patio. Besides that, it is a lovely home we would gladly rent again.

Pros * Perfect location * Great big group gathering area * Beautiful home * Game room in garage was awesome * Plenty of seating inside for large group * Lovely balconies to watch sunset * Great large kitchen area Cons * 4 Beach towels for 12 people * 2 Trash bags for 12 people for 4 day stay * Floors were dirty (when couch was moved, numerous dust bunnies & food underneath) * Sheets were dirty (sand in sheets + stains) * 2 Dishwasher Tabs for 4 day stay isn't sufficient * 2 Rolls of TP per bathroom with group of 12 wasn't sufficient * Attached rental was doing renovations and banging on walls at 7:00 am If there is a minimum limited number of supplies are provided, it should be clear in the listing so that the renters can prepare in advance and not have to race out to get them.
