Family Reunion
We booked this house for a sibling get together. The description and photos of the home were accurately listed. Our host met us at the home and pointed out the items for beach visits, amenities that were included with the home, and places to eat and things to do in the area. The home was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas. We sat out on the patio in the morning and watched the dolphins that were in the bay. I would definitely recommend Dockside to anyone who plans to visit the Clearwater Beach area.

Very well appointed home with rooms that were cozy and comfortable. Welcome pkg of snacks, coffee, and water were very much appreciated. Well stocked kitchen with spices, utensils, dishware, blender, toaster, etc. Publix grocery store and Costco nearby. But I have to say that the host was the best host I’ve ever had at any vrbo stay. It was very cold when we arrived and Bryan made sure we were co fortable and provided us with heater and extra blankets. He greeted us at checkin and gave us a very informative orientation and allowed us an early checkin and late checkout since the reservations were such that it allowed us to. Whatever you need don’t hesitate to ask! Yes, he’s that kind of host that even checks up on you before you even have to ask. Definitely going to keep this place in mind for future visit. The room with two queens is where we slept and it was a bit soft to my liking but still comfy. Didn’t wake up with any pains. The master was perfect and my sister mentioned how well she slept in that bed. Remaining beds were also on soft side but everyone seemed comfortable. Wish we could’ve taken advantage of beach gear, pool, and fishing poles but it was just too cold.

WOW - Just WOW!
This condo was wonderful. Spotless clean. So much room. EVERYTHING we needed was provided and in great condition. Owner was extremely helpful and very available. We saw dolphins from the windows and on the patio. The beach equipment was great including the new cart. And the beach - spectacular! We will be back - we love Clearwater Beach!

Owner Bryan was wonderful, out of all the places my family and I have rented we never had the owner greet us at the place and let us know about the area and his own book on different things to do. The personal touch was just wonderful. The place had everything we needed for the beach, fishing. It was a beautiful water view for morning coffee on the balcony. The condo was immaculate and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends, and will be renting it again. Thank you Bryan for everything.

Wonderful Unit and Area
The property was as described, very clean, lots of beach stuff to use, nice area, easy walk to everywhere. Roof was being repaired while we were there but it didn't bother us, the workers were very nice. Did see dolphins right near the dock and went out fishing one day with Captain Scott www. FCWIS.com who came and picked us up and dropped us off at the dock and cleaned the fish we kept. Very convenient. Bryan Sykes very accommodating and wants to make sure everything provides for a perfect stay. And a perfect stay we did have! Would rent this unit again.

Exactly as advertised
This 4 bedroom condo is the perfect size for a large or smaller vacation group. The living area is open with plenty of seating and the way the bedrooms anchor the corners make it feel very private as well while sleeping or getting ready. The condo was fully stocked for cooking dinner or fixing lunch at the room with things such as salt pepper, spices, cooking spray and cookware. We loved the front porch that overlooked the bay and saw many morning dolphins enjoying the area water. Our check in went smoothly and the condo was immaculate Restaurants were all within walking distance and the ocean sand was a short walk

We are return renters of Bryan. We have developed a system where everything is on the Sykes Scale. We call it the S.S.O.E. (Sykes Standard of Excellence) & I am the unofficial President of his fan club. Cleanliness, Location, & Amenities, of his properties sets him above the rest. His attention to detail is unmatched and we have been vacationing since the mid 90's and have traveled extensively. We have not found anything in any location that comes close to offering what Bryan provides to his renters. My must haves are ample parking for our SUV with a topper, storage for beach gear, well stocked kitchen, extra towels and linens and enough space to accommodate my immediate family of 7 and my extended family of 8 (We are a party of 15). Bryan's properties check all those boxes and then some (the rooms are so large and the beds so comfy--and the bathrooms are high quality). He provides so many extra's from toiletries to trash bags to paper towels, etc. & all the other extras such as beach chairs, and beach towels, and toys, and beach wagons and umbrellas, and fishing gear, and toys! You really just have to show up and you are set for the week. Our little hidden gem has become so popular we rent a year out just to ensure we get our Piece of Heaven! The rating for both properties definitely exceed a 5 STAR!

Very clean, great location definitely recommend!
Bryan was a very knowledgeable and helpful owner. He greeted us at the condo and gave us lots of information. The condo was very clean, centrally located and had everything we needed! It was spacious with great views. We saw dolphins most days. The pool was great. The kitchen was very well stocked. Definite recommend and would stay here again!

The beach was within walking distance however it was very crowded so we chose to drive down to the Palm Pavilion everyday. The beach was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay!

Our family Made great memories staying here. The layout of the condo especially with young children for privacy was more than what I expected. The location was excellent we walked many places and enjoyed every moment of that walk.

Love this rental
Stayed during our grandkids spring break. This property is beautiful and location is great. Everything was as advertised. The owner was quick to respond to all communications. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

PERFECT!!
This property was absolutely perfect for our family (6 adults, 4 children)! Cleanliness was top notch. Upon arrival, I opened a cupboard, looked at my husband and smiled, saying, “Wow, this looks like my kitchen! Everything is organized and in its place.” For me, personally, this sets the tone, and is a reflection of the owner’s pride in his property, and his desire to provide guest with a quality experience. Everything, and I mean everything, is within walking distance. The grandkids (and adults) loved the ice cream shop just across the street, and we made daily visits! ;) The pool is just steps from the condo, the beach and shops are within walking distance. The beach is very crowded, as one would expect, but we always found a great spot to settle in and let the grandkids play. The owner provides both pool & beach accessories, including a wagon for toting your stuff to the beach, which came in very handy. There are lots of restaurants to choose from, each one provided yummy goodness!! We had fun participating in extra activities like parasailing and the pirate ship cruise. We have made a trip to Florida a family event for over 5 years, and our stay in Clearwater was voted favorite overall!! Thank you Bryan!!
