Beautiful view
Lovely condo with beautiful gulf view. Very well stocked. Very clean. Everything in condo in excellent working condition. Beach locker had nice canopy you could put up on beach. The beach chairs need to be replaced. We would by all means stay again.

Ups and Downs
The up side of this stay (my first with any VRBO/VACASA) is the room was "as advertised". With a few exceptions on cleanliness and some of the linens being a bit worn the room was as advertised and expected - that's the good news. The down side of this stay...I opened the sun shades to the balcony and what was supposed to be a beautiful gulf water view. It looked like a crime scene - there was yellow caution tape and orange traffic cones all across the balcony obstructing the vie- signs indicated that the balcony railing was failing and not to come close. I immediately called VACASA to find out why I wasn't told about this situation. The Vacasa phone clerk told me that the railing had been out of service since 07/29 (I checked in on 08/06) she also said that the repair wasn't scheduled to start until 08/16 (the day I am scheduled to check out). I asked why I had not been informed about the issue prior to my checking in as VACASA already knew about it and that I was booked to the room. The reply...The balcony is not part of the room so VACASA is not responsible. VERY LONG STORY SHORT - several days of calls to VACASA went unanswered - when I did get a person and phone number locally - Alexandra was non-responsive unless I called her-a commitment was made for a small discount on the room which I accepted but NEVER received. The railing was fixed several days later -communication was intentionally terrible - if there's an issue you need to be forceful and diligent!!

Perfect!
We were totally blown away by this condo and the accommodations. It was extremely clean, very nicely decorated, and larger than the pictures make it look. The location was perfect and a short walk to several places to eat. The beach in this area is very family oriented and is rarely packed, so that’s a nice change from our coastal beaches on South Carolina’s eastern shore. Indian Rocks is also conveniently located to Tampa, Saint Pete, and Clearwater. That gave us many options of things to do other than sitting on the beach for those days when we needed a break. We will go back again.

Great location and setup, but very noisy
This location is fabulous and the setup of the condo is great. Very well stocked with all that you need. However, the living room furniture is pretty uncomfortable, there is constant noise from people walking above and doors slamming, and the condo is in need of a good deep cleaning.

Casa de Playa is a spacious condo with beautiful views from the balcony, immediate beach access!
Super condo and location! Our stay was as perfect as it could have been! Poor, no communication from Vacasa prior to the trip. They did not respond to emails and I did not receive a confirmation of my second payment. It had me a little stressed that something would fall through. The day of check in and during the trip, there were multiple check ins on us from Vacasa.

Amazing time! Right on the beach with pool. Kids could switch from pool to beach and property was just the right size to feel comfortable letting the kids run up to the condo. Near many restaurants and water park within walking distance!

Location was amazing!
The location and access to the beach were amazing. Unfortunately the condo could use updating. It was generally clean and in good condition but definitely been used. Wash machine was moldy and smelled horrible. Management did try to clean and sanitize but the smell in the tumbler actually became worse. Luckily we had part of our group in another condo in the complex and we were able to use there’s. Master shower had quite a bit of mold and mildew in it. The building it self was not very acoustically friendly. We could hear the neighbors talking and walking and I am sure they could hear us as well. Management was very responsive with any issues and tried to accommodate timely. The beach chairs, toys and tent were a great plus.

Great Condo
We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was very clean and well equipped. The deck overlooking the beach and pool was the best feature by far. We spent a ton of time out there and it was a great way to start the day with coffee or end the day with happy hour and a beautiful sunset.
