Yksi makuuhuone on perustettu den, erinomainen teini-ikäisille. 1. 5 kilometrin päässä rannasta. Kävely Redfern Villagen kauppoihin ja kauppoihin! Hauskaa pysyä, sateita tai loistaa! 60-tuumainen televisio Netflix / amazon / directv / hulun kanssa kaikissa huoneissa.
Suuri kaasugrilli takapihalla, upouusi kodinkoneet kuten täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu kaksi upouusia polkupyörää pyöräillen kaupunkiin tai rannalle.

Great location!
We were staying to help move our son to SSI. Location was perfect for running errands on/off the island and enjoying all the island has to offer! Maura was easy to communicate with and made the stay a good one.

St. Simons Surprise
This property was adequate for our needs during our month stay on St.Simons Island in January. If you've never been to "The Golden Isles" they are very pleasent, even in January. This property was centrally located. Easy to access all attractions on this small Island. It was comfortable, pretty well Stocked with dishes and glassware. Mostly it was economical. There are three televisions, so good for families or groups. Reading lights are good. Laundry facilities excellent. Good internet access and speed. Nice dining table. Comfortable couches and reading chairs with footstools. We brought our Brita with us because water is a little "mineraly". But, owner did supply a water filter. Ice maker good, refrigerator a little noisy. Pool area is small, but neat and clean. This is a neighborhood with working people, so not a "resort" atmosphere, but all vacation ammenities are easily accessible. If your looking for an economical place to roost while enjoying a nice Island, this is a good bet. Additionally, the owner is a very helpful and kind person.

Cute home
Maura has a cute home. It's in a nice complex and good area. Really close to the airport and could hear planes all the time. Had a small issue checking in but Maura made up for it. Great place to stay!

The condo is like a cozy house inside with interesting decor. The master bed is comfortable and welcoming. The wifi worked without difficulty, but tv system needs written directions. The location is great...almost within walking distance to Starbucks and McDonald's. My husband and I would rent again. Thanks Maura.

Perfect!
This home is perfectly stocked and beautifully decorated with everything you need to feel completely at home. Very clean and close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We loved the back yard sitting area! All of the TVs were big screen which is rare in most rentals(and one in every bedroom). We were so sad to leave! The owner is fantastic!! I was able to reach her immediately when I had questions and she was very willing to help.

Quiet and convenient
Maura is s very gracious host. The condo is very convenient to anywhere you'd like to be on St. Simon's. It was nice to be in a gated unit for that added sense of security. We look forward to our next visit!

Find somewhere else
Do not rent this place what they don’t tell you is that the adjacent land adjoining the property is a builders yard You will be awakened by circular saws going through timber To say the house is cluttered would be an understatement but it would become apparent after you stub your toes on items protruding from the bed The lounge looks like a depository for items that didn’t make onto the Antiques Roadshow There are two doors in the property which give cause for security concerns Both the lounge sliding door and the side door to the utility room could be opened by a delinquent 5year old without any problem If you’re planning a bath in the master bedroom en-suite make it quick as the bath plug doesn’t work Be careful if you walk into the bathroom barefoot as there is a missing strip between the carpet and tiles which was meant to cover small nails In the other bathroom the towel rail is missing The vista from the lounge to the yard reminded me of photos of Chernobyl The place is so sad and neglected My advice is don’t believe the photographs find another place

Junior Golf Tournament turned 7 night vacation!!!
We booked Maura's beautiful condo on St. Simon's Island during a scheduled golf trip for our son. The space was absolutley perfect! We felt right at home! The condo was stocked with everything needed in a home away from home! The family room was so cozy for movie nights and we loved the 2nd floor feature with huge TV's in every room! Thank goodness for the washer and dryer...We were having so much fun that we contacted Maura and added three additional nights!!! She was extremely responsive and happy to help us extend our golf trip making it a spring break family vacation!!! We hope to visit this lovely condo and the island again soon!

Home Away From Home
Everything was as described and the place was super clean and quiet. Location was close to the beaches and the town. Very convenient to grocery stores and bike friendly. Maura (the property owner) was very helpful with places to go for food and recreation. She also made contact to see how everything was going and if she could be of any service. St Simons Island is very laid back and you can go at your own pace. Plenty of history all around the island and an easy day trip to Savannah and back. Do not pass this up if you have the chance to reserve it. You will not be disappointed.
