Recently updated and furnished, the cottage offers an open living floorplan with multiple access points to the wonderful wraparound porch. Enjoy mornings sipping coffee or evenings with cocktails while enjoying the rocking chairs and gazing up at the towering live oak trees. Guests will find the kitchen to have all the supplies needed to prepare every meal they prefer with plenty of prep space. The kitchen table has seating for six and additional island bar seating for four guests. Adjacent to the dining and kitchen spaces, guests will find the large living room which is a great space to enjoy game nights, watching the game or movie night on the large 65" HD Smart TV.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
Linens (bath towels, beach towels & bed sheets) provided
6 adult beach cruisers (Townie bikes; 1 with toddler seat) & 8 beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and coolers are available for guest use

Reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day may request (in advance) a complimentary punch pass to access the Neptune Park Fun Zone located in the Pier Village. This Punch Pass (up to 10 punches, 1 punch per person) will give guests access to the community waterfront pool and/or miniature golf.
The primary bedroom suite offers guests a very comfortable king size bed with a desk space and a sitting area. En suite to the primary bedroom is the primary bathroom suite which has two vanities, a separated walk-in shower and toilet area and a large walk-in closet. A pack n play crib and high chair are available at the cottage for guest use as well! Two guest bedrooms are located off the living area and share a nicely updated bathroom with a tub/shower. The first guest bedroom offers a King size bed and the second guest bedroom offers a Queen size bed. The fourth bedroom suite is located above the garage (access is inside the house) and offers two full size beds with an 55" HD Smart TV with a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The garage suite is a great space for kids to play and enjoy movies or games!
The two car garage is available for guests to store their beach gear during their stay. The cottage does provide guests with 5 adult beach cruisers (with locks), 8 beach chairs, several coolers, beach games, umbrellas and a jogging stroller to enjoy during their stay. After a busy and sandy day at the beach, a brand new outdoor shower welcomes guests back home with a place to rinse off before relaxing for the evening.
