Escape onnelliselle paikallesi tässä olennaisen tärkeässä rantamökissä. Uusi vuokrausmarkkinoilla. Tämä vuonna 1923 rakennettu helmi kunnostettiin hiljattain kokonaan kalliilla kosketuksilla säilyttäen samalla vanhan maailman viehätysvoiman. Kaikki uudet ylelliset lakanat, vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Päämakuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, oma kylpyhuone, varustettu suihkulla ja ylellinen kynsijalka. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta. Pääasiallisessa olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa on molemmat upouudet 40 tuuman 4K älykkäät televisiot. Erillisessä denissä on upouusi kuningatar huippuluokan Lazyboy-vuodesohva sekä 60 tuuman plasmatelevisio, jossa on sininen säteily. Denään on ovi, joten tämä alue on kuin kolmas makuuhuone. Talossa on WiFi ja AT&T Uverse elokuvakanavilla ja paljon urheiluasemia. Valoisa, hyvin varustettu keittiö täyttää kaikki ruoanlaitto-tarpeesi. Niille, jotka haluavat viettää aikaa ulkona, tässä talossa on kaikki. Poistu näytöllä varustetulle kuistilla lukeaksesi, nukkuaksesi tai katsellaksesi televisiota suurella plasmatelevisiolla. Jos päätät joskus poistua talosta, pääsy rannalle on vain 2/10 mailin päässä, ja laituri ja kylä (ostosmahdollisuudet ja ravintolat) ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan tai pyöräretken.

Pleasantly surprised!
Beautiful home away from home! Not just any rental. Comfortable living spaces, beautifully decorated, pictures online don’t do it justice. Had everything we needed. Located on a perfect, quiet street. Great beach access. A true gem on SSI. Look forward to our return.

Another great stay!
We returned to this great house this year and it did not disappoint. The house is great for a small family with plenty of space all around. It’s two blocks to the beach and not far from several restaurants (on foot) and downtown (short car ride or 25 minute walk). My only comment would be to add some curtains so the kids don’t wake up at 6 AM in summer…

A nice getaway retreat
My mom and I celebrated our milestone birthdays by taking a trip to St. Simons Island, GA, to relax, unwind from our busy lives, and take in the sites. Why St. Simons? Well, when we booked it a year or so ago, we were in the middle of Covid and couldn't go anywhere else outside the U.S. without selling our souls so we picked somewhere we had never been. It was incredibly beautiful, peaceful but oh so humid, which we expected. The house is a short 20 minute drive from Brunswick airport and we found it with ease after arriving on the island late. While unpacking the car when we arrived, I heard my mom yell out from inside the house. Upon turning on the light in the kitchen, roaches were seen scattering about. Let me first say that the house is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated so we knew this was a fluke but still....we were unnerved and a bit worried about the house we chose for the week. I immediately messaged the owner who got back to me just as soon as I sent the message, and said she had never had a complaint like mine before but suspected the infestation was from the recent heavy rains. I agreed. The owner had the kitchen sprayed the very next day. In the meantime, we found roach spray under the sink and sprayed down the entire kitchen, scooped up the dead bugs and tossed them in the trash. We wiped down the kitchen and cleaned up. After that, we never saw another bug again. The only other issue we had was not being able to utilize the backyard the last two days of our trip due to flooding. One night of heavy rains caused the backyard to flood (ankle deep) and standing water remained for two days as it didn't appear to have anywhere to go. I felt bad about notifying the owner again because I don't like to complaint, however, bugs and standing water are legitimate complaint and if it were my house I was renting, I'd want to know. I am not unfamiliar with rain as we endure monsoons every summer from June to September and standing water can cause a ton of damage to a home. Other than that, the house is perfectly comfortable. It has A/C and all the comforts of home. The furnishings are lovely and you can tell a lot of thought went in to the detailing of the house. Thank you to the owners! We did enjoy our stay.

Great cosy house
The house was great for our family. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and close enough to downtown. Very well appointed house with every appliance you can think off. Fenced of yard is great for small children and the separate den / TV room as well.

The perfect SSI gem!!!
This was our second stay here- we fell in love with it last year and knew that we wanted to come back! The location is perfect-super close to shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. The house itself is immaculate- has absolutely everything you could need during your stay. Slept myself and I, my two college kids, a 12 year old and a 17 year old perfectly. We will definitely be back next year! Sandy is the absolute best host!!!

This house is perfection
I can’t say enough great things about this house and it’s location, especially with young children! The back and front yard are completely fenced in and I was able to let my kids play outside without worrying about them going too far. The “extra” third bedroom worked out great when my kids kept waking each other up and I ended up being able to give them each their own space. The queen bed was SO comfortable. Maybe the most comfortable bed we’ve ever stayed in at a rental. Location was amazing, we ended up renting bikes from a local company with a trailer for our kids to ride in and we never had to bike farther than 7 minutes. The beach was maybe a 2 minute bike ride and the kids loved it. wonderful stay we hope to come again.

Wonderful Experience
This was our second visit to SSI, but first time with this property and it was much better than our first visit. The owners take great care of their property and it definitely shows. We kept finding little touches that helped add to the ambience and everything felt very clean. They were very responsive as well. Highlights for us: - less than 10 minute walk to beach and/or restaurants - lovely neighborhood - less than 5 minute drive to village area (Neptune Park) - outside yard ambience was great - large screened in porch - owner provided recommendations for the area in info packet for the house - beds/pillows were comfortable - had everything we needed

My friends and I really enjoyed this historic cottage. It was within walking distance to the Crab Trap and Crab Daddy’s. Located in a quiet neighborhood which was very walkable. Loved the decor not only inside the house, but also enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas.

Absolutely cozy, many places to relax and gather together. Really appreciate having kitchen essentials and amenities like paper towels, soap, coffee filters, etc. we did not have to buy. Luxurious bathrooms. TVs everywhere you want. Convenient to village, parks, beach-restaurants, in quiet neighborhood. Super place.

Perfect Girl's Getaway Retreat
This property was absolutely perfect for our birthday getaway for 3 of us who have been friends for 45 years!! It was cozy and had so many perfect little nooks - the porch, the TV room, the fire pit.... the beds were SUPER cozy, too. All of the decor was beautiful. The location was absolutely perfect - we walked to the beach each morning and also to the village one day. Short drive to the other side of the island, as well. We also met several really nice neighbors. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Home in a Quiet Neighborhood
My husband and I loved this beautiful home on a quiet street. The home is well stocked and comfortable. Great outdoor spaces and a wonderful screened porch. We enjoyed morning coffee, afternoon reading time and evening drinks on the porch! Perfect location for walking to restaurants, the lighthouse and pier and the beach. good experience - great location
Good kitchen with adequate supply of cookware. Only things we could not find were a cutting board or placemats. Nice bathrooms with plenty of towels. We loved the screened-in porch. A handrail on the front steps (and interior steps) would be helpful for mobility-challenged guests. Great location!

Perfect beach cottage
We had a great stay at Seas the Day. The cottage is very well appointed - lots of places to sit and relax, nice towels, well appointed kitchen (just could not find a cutting board!) and appreciated the extra touches of bar soap, Kleenex and laundry detergent. Easy and quick access to public beach entrances with parking made enjoying the beach convenient and you could walk to town.
