UPDATED, Condo that sleeps 4, steps across the yard to the famous Sapphire Beach.
Our unit features a private King bedroom ensuite with walkin glass shower. We have a second full bath. Sunroom with windows looking out to the beach that has multi sleeping options for guest.
The sunroom has a curtain that can be drawn for privacy for an additional sleeping space. This space has the option of a twin comfy daybed, or this daybed can be extended to make an additional king size bed. There is also a sofa, the kiddos could sleep on in the sunroom. There is plenty of seating, leather sofa with recliners and a rocking recliner and additional living room chairs. I have stocked our kitchen with plenty of everything for your choice of cooking. We have stainless appliances, coffee bar with a keurig single cup and a 12 cup pot for your pleasure. Kitchen island with seating for 4 and plenty of prep space on the other side, so the family can sit around the table and cook at the same time.
The complex has a private pool and tennis courts for your enjoyment. Our Sapphire Gem is just steps from the beach, provided free of charge are chairs and loungers for your use. Located on Sapphire Beach is the Beach Bar, great drinks, burgers, tacos and more, Paradise Pie, the best pizzas, The Beach Buzz, for all your coffee needs, ice cream needs and more. The taxi stand is next door. Red Hook is a half a mile away. If you don't want to leave we have you covered with fun, water activities, food and drinks. The ferry is a mile away, easy to catch and go the St John. The Marina is next to Ferry with a lot of charter excursion options. There is a good grocery store in Red Hook also. We you dont want to go grocery shopping, We can hook you up with a provision company and your frig will be stocked when you get here.

The getaway we needed and then more

We were in desperate need of a beach vacation and this fit the bill. The property was perfect for us to not only sleep but cook some meals, and have space to spread out, relax and read when not out or at the beach.The short walk and accessibility to lounge chairs on the beach was amazing. Every morning I could watch the sun rise from the front window over the water, and see which boats had come to bay to stay the night.Next door at the resort area, there was plenty of food and drinks. The pizza was pretty good (and we are from Chicago), and Sea Salt was a great splurge dinner where the whole fried snapper was perfect.Red Hook is a short taxi away, as well as the St John ferry. I've traveled many place around the globe, and between the accommodations, the friendliness of the people and the beautiful blue waters, filled with colorful fish and turtles, I can say it has been one of my absolute favorites.Great host and property manager and would highly recommend!

Two more weeks in paradise

This was our third stay at Sapphire Beach Crystal Cove, and we loved everything about this unit! Clean, modern, nice kitchen, great A/C and comfortable sleep number bed! Super easy check in and check out, and we really never needed anything and never had to bother the owner with any issues at all. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in st Thomas. Everything was ready for our early check-in. We had all the kitchen items we could possibly need- easy check in and check out process. Has a door code to easily go in and out. Lisa provided snorkels, chairs and towels to make things easier. Would highly recommend!

The property is exactly as it appears online. The condo is well stocked with extras including cooking utensils and water toys. All appliances were nice and worked well. One minor issue with the wifi but was resolved quickly by local property manager.

Overall the property was very nice. It is close to everything. Very pretty and roomy. It did have a few things that could have been better,a large mirror to see yourself would have been nice.Instructions on how to use the TV would be helpful and plan on freezing using the master bath since you have to go in to turn it on.Itt was very windy there and the surf was rough.Bring your beach shoes.

Great Place for a semi-private getaway

The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and very conveniently located near the beach. Because we were only staying a few days we didn't really do any cooking, but I can see ourselves staying for a week and really settling in.I Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Visit!

We had such a lovely time at this property for a multitude of reasons. The property manager was absolutely wonderful to work with. She responded very quickly to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. She even stopped in to collect our groceries and put them away when we had a conflict of timing with a booked boating trip! The home was very clean and had everything we could need. The location is superb. You could stay only on the property and have a wonderful vacation. Some of the best snorkeling we did was right out front and the multiple restaurant options were very handy, especially with a family who was sometimes too tired to travel to dinner. We cannot say enough positive things about this property and have it saved for any future trips!

St Thomas launch point for VI

This property was in a great location. Being on the east side of St Thomas, it was a ~3 minute drive to the ferry to go over to St Johns. We loved the bay/alcove for the whole condo complex. Snorkeling was just a ~200-300 yard walk at most to drop in the water right there. There were some smaller turtles in the bay and a few sting rays as well. I most enjoyed snorkeling out to the edges of the bay on each side and when there was no current, swimming a bit past the edge to start to go around the tip a little. It had a little more depth, even better clarity, and quite often more fish. There is also a great little walkway on the right side of the bay where you can walk out on the finger of land that separates Sapphire Beach from the next bay over. We took advantage of the onsite pizza place numerous times. Driving on the island is an adventure in itself having to stay on the left on narrow roads that wind through the hills and mountains. Also, if you want to do some day excursions to some of the other VIs, there are many options out of the Red Hook area just ~15 minutes south. We did the excursion out to the Caves which was a great day trip to one of the British VIs… a bit pricey but recommended. It was definitely one of the high points. With easy access to the ferry to St Johns, we actually did 2 separate day trips there. St John’s has a totally different vibe and pace with more nature, leas traffic, and some great snorkeling spots as well.

The perfect spot

4 of us stayed in the condo comfortably. It had everything we needed. 2 bathrooms made it easy for the 4 of us. It even has a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit!! Right out the door and you are 50 steps from the beach, close to restaurant, bar & coffee shop. Some of our friends stayed in a condos down on Sapphire Beach Resort and they were more impressed with our condo than theirs! We will definitely be booking this unit again when we return. Owner gave excellent instructions, check in and out was a breeze. 5 out of 5 stars

Amazing week in paradise!

The owners Matt and Lisa did a great job with their condo. They missed nothing. All you really have to bring is yourself. They have though of everything. Although I pack for everything to ensure I don't have to spend much, if you do happen to miss something I can guarantee this condo has it! The communication with the owners and the property manager Traci was great. Someone responded quickly. The beach being steps away was great and you get to meet the nature locals 2 iguanas along with the roosters, hens and chickens which gives you real island authenticity. The condo is equipt with everything to include beach items, baby swim diapers, floaters, games,videos, WIFI . I mean anything for all age groups. Again, WHEN not IF we come back we will be staying here! Thank you Lisa and Matt for providing more than what was needed. The best hosts I've stayed at so far.

Amazing Stay!!!!

It was an amazing stay and the condo was so clean and comfortable! We were greeted by Traci upon arrival and she gave us helpful information and recommendations that made our stay even more magnificent. The location was very convenient for food, the beach, and taxis for excursions away from the condo. The living space itself was just awesome, like a home away from home. I could not recommend booking with them enough and I can’t wait to come back!!!

Great beach, clean modern condo

My wife, my two daughters(20 and 16), my son(10) and myself stayed here. The condo itself was spacious and clean and everybody had space. The beach was perfect, a two minute walk. There was a pub, coffee shop and pizza place on the grounds which was very convenient when we didn’t want to leave the property. Five minute ride to Red Hook and to the ferry which we took over to St. John’s for the day. I would recommend this rental to family.
