Sijaitsee Scott Beachillä Compass Point -sivustolla kahden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. 2 makuuhuonetta 2 kylpyhuonetta, nukkua 8. Ilmastointi, sähköliesi, mikroaaltouuni, graniitti työtasot, jääkaappi, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, astianpesukone, lautasen verkon TV-Wifi. Siinä on suuri varmuuskopiogeneraattori (talo on täydellä virralla 24/7). Pysäköinti kadulla, täysin kalustettu. Erittäin hiljainen, turvallinen ja ystävällinen naapurin huppu.

Sinulla on pääsy koko yksikköön. Voit pestä pyykkiä, katsella suosikki TV-ohjelmasi tai urheilua 60 tuuman HDTV-taululla. Voit kokata omia ateriasi, syödä ulkona tai rentoutua pitkän rantapäivän jälkeen ja grillata.

Naapuruston yleiskatsaus .......
Kiinteistö sijaitsee yksityisellä kadulla kaukana päävaltatieltä, joten liikennemelua ei ole, jokainen turvallinen ja ystävällinen asuinalue, kadullani on 4 taloa ja omistin kaksi niistä, asun kadun toisella puolella, joten minä Olen aina käytettävissä, jos vieras tarvitsee minua. Se on lähellä vettä vain 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta.

Liikkuminen
Voit saada taksin mihin tahansa saareen käyntiin, mutta se on erittäin kallista. Suosittelen vuokraamaan auton, jotta voit mennä minne haluat ja milloin haluat. Meillä on perheomistuksessa oleva vuokra-autoyritys ja tarjoamme vieraillemme jopa 15% alennusta vuokra-autoista. Vieraat voivat myös viedä automme St John -kadulle Red Hook -auton proomulle käymään ja tutkimaan St Johnin rantoja ja puistoja.

Meillä on myös 125 kW: n automaattinen generaattori, joka tarvitaan Neitsytsaaret. Jos vuokraat paikan ilman generaattoria ja virta sammuu, sinulla ei ole juoksevaa vettä, WiFi, wc, tuuletin, T. V, suihkut jne .....
Tämä huvila sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Secret Harbour Beach. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla ulkouima-allas. Huvilassa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Great place to stay
Our time here was great. Clean place, stuff to use for the beach, prompt help and responses from owner, very close to stores, beaches, and ferry to St John. If we go back to St Thomas, we’ll stay here again for sure.

Wonderful place!
Perfect location, very comfortable and beautiful views from the huge wraparound veranda. Great to have nice snorkel gear and beach chairs and cooler to use. Very convenient to use Dexter's company for Jeep rental too! Will have to return soon!

Scott Villas is as advertised. Clean, safe, and convenient for a family. They have a generator so power outages weren’t an issue. Help is on hand nearby if anything comes up. The pool was clean, and there is a beach within walking distance. Dining is close ~1 mile away in Red Hook. Barge to St. John is also close by.

Perfection
The property is as advertised and is very clean, the property also has a generator so we never lost power or AC when the island had rolling blackouts...this was a plus. Dexter and team were amazing to work with and very prompt when needs came up. Having a car rental company connected to this was absolutely amazing and convenient and being able to have the car brought to the airport and the ability to leave at the airport was a great benefit. If you are planning a charter out of Compass Point Marina then this is the place for you to stage.

Amazing stay!
Property was exactly as pictured! Staff were friendly and helpful through the process…even FaceTimed us when we became lost attempting to find the property. Safe, secure neighborhood but close to many amenities. We will definitely be booking again!

Massive Condo- very clean
Very spacious and clean. It was a little tricky trying to initially locate the property but Dexter and his employees were very helpful in calling us and directing us to where we needed to be. The water heater is a 10 gallon water heater so our family of four just planned our showers in increments but thoroughly enjoyed the comfy beds, spacious kitchen and beautiful balcony. We also rented a jeep from Dexter and became very thankful for the opportunity as we heard it was difficult to get an Uber. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Anniversary celebration
The property was very comfortable and located well for how we spent our vacation (at the beaches). We had spent our honeymoon on Saint Thomas 44 years ago and it was fun to revisit the island and enjoy the climate and the beaches. We spent the time with our daughter, son in law and granddaughter and we all felt we had adequate space. We would all highly recommend the property.

Beautiful views
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated. It's large, new, and the views from the wrap-around deck look out to forest and Scott Bay beyond. Nice sunsets! It's convenient to the Red Hook ferry to take day trips to St. John, and an easy drive to Sapphire Beach and Coral Bay. We'd love to make this home base for us again!

Comfortable, clean, great location!
This villa was very clean and well-stocked with comfortable beds, lots of clean linens, and everything you need for a fun stay on St. Thomas. It is a great location that is quiet and out of the way but very convenient to Red Hook and just a short drive to Magen’s Bay, Sapphire Beach, and the ferry to St. John. We can’t wait to come back!

Awesome stay!
Dexter will feel like your friend from the moment you meet him. He's friendly, reliable and very helpful! The house was very comfortable with working generators when the power would go out. All of the beach amenities you need are provided as well as lots of tourist advice and a rental car. Thank you Dexter and crew!

Week on St Thomas
Unit was great for 4 adults. Kitchen extensively equipped. Unit was also very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels in bathrooms. Nice porch or veranda outside with a view of water. The neighborhood was not great: it was safe, just nothing there , we had to drive to the store or to any restaurants. Short drive to Red Hook where there’s some good restaurants and the ferry to St John Island. Dexter the host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Lovely home away from home.
We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. Spacious and nicely decorated. It is also close to everywhere we needed to go. I will highly recommend this home to my friends and family. We did not have any problems but Dexter was ready to assist with any concerns. We will be returning soon.

Clean and cozy, and the WiFi and A/C are there when you need it. Dexter set us up with SUV rental as well. Seamless and easy the whole 7 day stay.
