The centerpiece is a beautifully hand-carved Chinese bed, over 230 years old, adding a touch of timeless elegance to your stay. Immerse yourself in the simplicity and cultural legacy of the Zen Suite, a perfect sanctuary for a peaceful retreat. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed.

Your room is self check-in with private (key code) entrance, full bathroom, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, utensils, etc. We are on the property in case you need anything.

Housing five suites, this unique venue boasts a conference room, a communal kitchen, and a movie theatre available for private reservations. Find tranquility in the meditation room or relax in the skylounge within the beautifully crafted interior made of wood, featuring posts that resemble trees, creating a truly distinctive atmosphere.
Stay connected with our included WiFi as you immerse yourself in the serene surroundings. The Zen Barn's grand hall, with its unique and captivating design, serves as the central space for larger events and gatherings. Whether it's a conference, a shared meal, or a movie night, the Zen Barn is a versatile and welcoming space for a variety of occasions.

Welcome to White Lotus Eco Spa Retreat, your destination for tranquility and wellness in Greene County. Our lodging and event space offers a range of spa services, including Swedish massages and invigorating Thai massages, with the added benefit of a woodstove sauna, known for promoting relaxation and detoxification. Situated just a 16-minute drive from Shenandoah National Park, our retreat provides easy access to numerous hiking trails for nature enthusiasts.
Immerse yourself in our diverse offerings, from hosting weddings and community events to facilitating wellness retreats that foster connections and creativity. Set on 25 acres, our main property features serene ponds, resident geese, ducks, and abundant wildlife, creating a peaceful environment for relaxation and reflection.

*All guest rooms & kitchen have 7" insulated walls. All guest rooms in the barn have Split AC/Heating with invertor technology.
*All our energy efficient windows & doors use thermal shades or curtains.
*We provide Organic, fair-trade, and locally roasted coffee. We have gold toned coffee filters in our coffee makers avoiding wastage of paper coffee filters.
*We provide organic teas & fair trade sugar for our guests.
*We use an Energy Star ‘HE’ Washing Machine and Dryer.
*All our laundry is washed with Ecos plus(HE), made in USA.
*All hand soap, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner provided are made of bio-degradable ingredients, paraben free, SLS free, no animal ingredients or testing & no artificial fragrances.
*We provide eco dishwashing liquid, which contains no petrol chemicals and is 100% biodegradable. We use Green Works toilet cleaner & Seventh Generation Dishwasher Gel.
*We provide 100% recycled paper napkins & 40% recycled toilet tissue.

__________Pet Policy__________
Due to allergy reasons we do not allow pets in any of our rooms or common/shared areas. No exceptions please. Hosts & other long term residents live on premises. Units are not independent cabins.

We recommend you take the time to explore some of our many local attractions like Skyline Drive, check website hikingupward for hiking suggestions, Luray caverns, "Noon Whistle Pottery", "Fabio's Italian eatery", Mission Home Bake Shop" & numerous antique galleries in Ruckersville, just to name a few. Close proximity to 30 vineyards along the Monticello Wine Trail. 6 President's homes including Monticello, Montpelier & Ashlawn.

15 minutes from Shenandoah National Park.

Guest have access to common areas like lunar sauna, ponds on the map, stone gazebo, frisbee golf course (bring your own frisbees), nature walk, lounges, meditation room & massage room.

Guests are to observe all posted signage. Do not enter areas signed "Private”. Do not explore areas not listed in the pictures as there are other guests and residents on the property.

We would like to meet our guests during their stay and request that you give us a call after you are checked into your room from the land line provided in the common kitchen in the Zen Barn.

Secluded setting for a relaxed experience surrounded by woods, birds, bunnies & nature/rural sounds.

We recommend arriving here in a car as there is no convenient public transit/transportation to get to nearby attractions or to airports, train stations & bus stations.

Kindly note there is no good cell reception here and we recommend that you read up on all directions, check in information before arrival or print if necessary. You may not be able to access information on your cell phone on the grounds/parking on arrival.
Once in room wifi is available:) & also a landline provided for calling out.
Strictly no smoking or pets in any rooms, decks, common/shared areas, inside the barn.
Smoking permitted on the roads and driveway on the grounds.

We welcome guests to explore communal spaces/rooms on grounds. Please make sure to turn off all lights & shut doors behind you everywhere you go to help support the green practices at our retreat.
For group gatherings and multiple guests movie theater is accessible with advance notice and prior scheduling with the host. Movie theater is NOT self serve.

-------------------------------4 Season Sauna.---------------------------
Seats 6 people & is located next to a pond. Wood is provided in the sauna with instructions to start the wood stove (If you need help please let us know much in advance). Please note 'NO ALCOHOL IN THE SAUNA'. This sauna generally heats up in 15-20 minutes.

Use the canoe only if you know how to swim, no life preservers are provided. Kindly return the canoe as you find it with paddles inside it for other guests.

Shared kitchen is provided with all basic amenities & modern appliances, please leave it clean after every use for other guests.

You are welcome to hang out in the Gazebo, but no loud partying here please.

Friendly dogs & chickens from our neighbors homes roam the grounds and we request NOT to feed any outside animals.
