The front desk staff was very friendly, as was the person working the lounge. The dining room definitely not so much. The ambiance of the hotel and room was lovely. Downtown was easily walkable.

Nice location- average hotel
The hotel is nice, the location is great. Nothing special about it tho- it’s pricey and doesn’t include breakfast, you have to request cleaning service which is “meh”. We had a dog- dog rooms are on the 4 floor which is a long way to the dog patch to potty in the morning- our dog had a pit stop in the lobby more than once.
