A gas fireplace with stone detailing sits center stage in the welcoming living room. Gather together on a plush sofa, recliner, or a comfy armchair to watch your favorite shows on the 47” TV.

The second bedroom awaits on the first floor, furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom on this floor features a walk-in shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Not bad just no shuttle in late March
Not a bad place, but the description about the shuttle being " December through March" is not true. It quit running on March 16th not "through March" like it says.

Family Getaway
We enjoyed a four night ski vacation and alternated child care and skiing. We enjoyed the Disney+ and YouTube availability for the kids entertainment. We did mostly take out meals as the kitchen is a bit small for anything but breakfast and lunch. Promixity to the local Safeway is good. Ski Shuttle information was lacking but once discovered, we could take advantage of the Thunderhead Express drop off point. Drop off only runs until 10am in the morning and pick up starts at 2:30pm so there wasn't a mid day option available. The master BR was large and bath was huge but the downstairs BR and bath were a little tight for the family of 2 adults and two little ones. The sauna was enjoyable. Overall a great time!

Relaxing sounds of nature
My sister and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, cosy condo, with a creek running through the forest in the back. Very relaxing sound when you’re sitting on the back porch. The bathroom in the upstairs master bedroom is HUGE, with large skylight windows showing the tops of the forest trees. And what a spacious shower! The one issue I had was that I had put a bottle of distilled water on one of the bathroom shelves and this fell in the middle of the night with a bang. The shelf was only attached to the cabinet with glue but no screws. The downstairs second bedroom is very cosy, being halfway underground. The view of the lawn and forest out back is at ground level, which is kinda cool! There are two queen-sized beds stacked one on top of the other, bunk-bed style. The kitchen has all the amenities. I would ask that they also provide a cloth to wipe the counters. Some of the non-stick pots are too scratched to use but there are other pots that are good. Lots of places to relax in the living room that has an electric fireplace and dining area.

Property was nicely located, had a fully stocked kitchen and newly remodeled master suite. However, there were multiple closet doors broken and laying around, lightbulbs and a tv that did not work.

Moose and Bears & Painters
it was nice to view nature up close. we had a bear and 2 moose cross the backyard during our stay. Beautiful to see in the morning as they walked by. There were painters doing power washing, caulking and painting that interrupted our stay for 5 days. The staff was nice about the interruption to our vacation but said it was not in their control as it was a general maintenance for the complex. The place was comfortable with good internet. Senior's beware of the stairways. I don't recommend this place for anyone that would have difficulty with stairs. For us we enjoyed the cool nights in the home during the month of August. There was a bit of a nosey neighbor taking our photograph as we entered the property. She was in her 70's. We met her and had a nice chat. The neighbors stated they did not want renters in the complex. We are easy going and don't make noise so no complaints from the neighbors.

Nice place!
Great large updated bathrooms. Kitchen/living area could use updating, but overall nice. No a/c, but even during hot summer days, was cool enough at night with windows open and shaded by trees. Great back porch by the creek. Walking distance to Burgess Creek Creekside trail - very nice hike through great scenery. Great communication with host.

Amazing location and rental!
The place is beautiful and the sauna is perfect at the end of a long day skiing. The free shuttle takes you to Thunderhead lift so you can bypass the gondola line. I can’t wait to come back!!

Steamboat 3 day skiing for family of 4
This is a very nicely appointed condo withing 5-10 mins walking distance from one of Steamboat lifts. We enjoyed fully stocked kitchen, HUGE master bedroom shower, sauna, comfy beds, and overall cleanliness of the place. We had a bit of an issue with a key lock on check-in that was quickly and efficiently resolved. While the condo was flawlessly clean inside, the outside grill was not cleaned for a long time - a small improvement there might benefit future guests. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the condo!

Location and comfort
We loved the location on the mountain. While we didn’t ski, we did enjoy a walk up the road to see the Thunderhead lift. There is also a beautiful snowy hike just up the road, Creekside Trail, that was really nice. The condo is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning to Steamboat. It was pricey due to holidays, but at the regular winter rates it would be much more in line with what I would expect.

Amazing Stay
I'm so glad we chose this condo to stay in. It was the perfect location. Close to everything but still private. Beautiful views, all the neighbors were extremely helpful and friendly, safe location, great parking , quiet and cozy. They even put up a sign for my husbands birthday which I thought was so sweet! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Steamboat Springs getaway and Burgess Creek hideaway
We planned an end of summer trip to Steamboat with our family and were looking for a quiet location to spend time together while enjoying the outdoors, not far from town. This property was exactly what we were looking for with plenty of room for our family, the sounds of the creek right out the back deck and a short distance from all the activities. For an extra treat, just as we arrived and were familiarizing ourselves with the property, we walked out onto the back deck to see a bear 🐻 just beyond the deck, hanging out and enjoying the afternoon! Great timing and perfect way to begin our adventure in Steamboat! Would definitely come back.

Peaceful water running on property
Place was very quiet area with stream running close by. Easy access and roomy. The only drawback was no wash clothes and only,one hand towel per bathroom. Great master bedroom and shower. Will definitely be back to this rental.

Cozy Condo, Great Views!
This condo is definitely bigger than it looks in the picture. My husband and I stayed here for 3 days with our 4 children and we had plenty of space! The master bedroom/bathroom is huge! The bathroom is newly remodeled with a huge shower and lots of windows for natural lighting. This house has 3 stories...the master is upstairs, the living room and kitchen on the main floor and the second bedroom (with queen bunk bed that sleeps 4) is downstairs. My only suggestion would be to possibly bring an air mattress that would easily fit in the living room and master bedroom. I had one kiddo who didn’t want to sleep with their siblings. I did appreciate each room having a large floor fan for white noise and cable tv. The condo backs up to the river, so if you are on the deck or have the sliding screen door open, you can hear the water. Super relaxing!!! Overall, we were very pleased with this rental. The summer pricing is great, but will have to see how the winter is priced.
