Chirping Bird House Kiinteistövälitys

Se on kahden makuuhuoneen, yhden kylpy omaisuutta, johon mahtuu 6 henkeä. Talo on hiljattain remontoitu, mutta rakennettiin vuonna 1949. Se on 6 minuutin päässä keskustasta, jossa on ravintoloita ja suklaatehtaita. Park tai leikkipaikka on kahden korttelin päässä hotellista. Talossa on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, liesi, astianpesukone, keittiövälineet ja ruokailuvälineet.

The Worst
I suppose you get what you pay for, but anyone looking to rent this property should reconsider until the owner can address the pre existing poor reviews. I would never stay here again. Upon entering, there was a hole in the floor under a door mat that one could fall through if heavy enough. There were holes in walls and dents in doors as if someone had come in and started beligerantly throwing down. EVERY single fire alarm in the house was dead and chirping. There were dead wasps and other bugs on the table, floor, and beds. We immediately noticed quite a bit of mold in the bathroom wash tub and wall. Luckily the owner had left some bleach and I was able to clean before showering and using the beds. Despite what I am paying, I shouldn’t have to do that. The house reeked of cigarettes and stale beer. If that’s not enough, the previous tenants put all of their garbage into the recycling and that had not been taken out in quite sometime. One of the foul smells I have ever smelled in my life. I am usually a camping kinda guy when traveling but thought to give VRBO a try.to make my trip a bit easier on myself. NEVER AGAIN.

Disgusting, filthy! We walked in and back out! It is terrible!! We would not leave our dogs there!
I am giving Chirping Birdhouse an F, 0 stars We saw a brown recluse, bed bugs, ants everywhere in kitchen at back door. Black mold in tub. Outside was un safe over grown and tree limbs all around on ground.

I will say first off the Host was completely honest and up front about most things. The host contacted me and let me know that the cleaning company was not able to make it to the house and that it had not been cleaned. We were ok with this because we understand things happen. But when we got there the yard was completely unkept so much so that there is now a notice on the house from the city that states the yard is not in compliance. Next the stairs were squishy and soft like they are rotted. Then once in the house there were no trash bags, paper towels, or toilet paper. I looked for any sort of paperwork for checking in or out and there wasn’t any. Next I contacted the host about the Wi-Fi and she stated there was no WiFi. The listing stated there was. I told her I understood and she did discount the rate. Then we go to dinner and come back and go to watch tv and there is no cable or any sort of connection. This would be ok if we had WiFi to stream but we didn’t. All in all I would not recommend staying at this property until the listing is corrected and the house can be attended to.

The interior pictures are an accurate representation of the property, and if you're only needing a place to sleep, it's priced well and attractive inside and no problems with hot water, A/C, laundry, towels and bedding. Appreciated plenty of hangers in closet. It's very close to the cute downtown area. But, there is no wifi available, despite advertising as such, certainly no free breakfast, and the host didn't respond to messages about wifi. There was no ability to watch the TV (not even broadcast available). No tissues were provided, we had to buy more toilet paper and also ran out of paper towels. The queen bed felt small and very unstable (we fixed some out of place support boards, which helped the frame, but not the mattress). Definitely do not plan on using the outside at all, all is very overgrown and dirty, and very bright lights shine into the bedroom unless you leave the blinds completely drawn. The house is very close to the street, so blinds generally need to remain drawn for any privacy. So know what you're booking and that the advertising is not accurate. If it meets your needs for your stay, it's priced accordingly.

Nice, but not as listed
We were in town visiting family, and wanted a location close to them. Location was great, however the listing was not as stated. The yard is not kept up, and all lawn equipment was strewn around. The stairs to enter both front and back were sketchy and held by bricks and sagging. The house was clean, but there were dead bugs and Spiderwebs everywhere. The listing very clearly says high-speed Internet that supports up to 10 devices, but when asked the host said there is no Internet. This is usually fine but there is also low cell coverage. One of the 2 tv’s worked but only had 3 local channels. And probably the most annoying – there was 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper for a three night stay. We ran out the first night.

Not the greatest
This place was not great on the basics. The kitchen was very poorly stocked. We had no small sharp knives, very few bowls, one cutting board that was broken, and few glasses! A kitchen drawer and a shelf over the bathroom sink were broken. My husband had to repair both. The steps to get in are unsafe, especially for older guests. When we arrived there was towels and sheets in the washer and dryer!! We removed them in order to use those appliances. The washer items were still damp. Online it stated we had WiFi. We messaged for a password and were told it wasn’t working! No other explanation. We had a couple of clocks, but they didn’t work. We had no laundry or dishwasher pods and had to borrow these items. We had no instructions of any kind inside the house for us. Example: trash pickup, what to do when leaving The backyard needed a huge cleanup. Branches down and leaves all over, chairs were quite dirty. Our bed was very comfortable. The decor was nice, but the very basics were so poor!

Cozy and comfy place
The kitchen was fully stocked, the house was inviting and overall it was a spectacular stay for the price. Only complaint there was quite a bit of black mold lining the grout around the tub where it meets the walls probably needs a deep clean and to be redone. That aside it was spectacular. A full washer and dryer a dishwasher. Two good sized bedrooms. Would stay there again for sure.

OSU graduation
A tiny old home in an older part of Stillwater, but perfect for our needs. It was dog friendly and relatively close to campus. The house was compact and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and though our nephew graduated this weekend, we hope this is not a good bye to OSU and Stillwater!

Girls Trip Game Day Weekend
Girls trip to watch KState play OSU. House was the perfect size for 4 ladies. Great communication from the host. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but it served our need to have a place to stay for the game. We had fun counting all the birds!

Not what we expected
Upon arriving, communication was good with the host. When we arrived we were very surprised at the conditions of the outside of the home. The grass was overgrown and the outside of property was very unkempt. The inside of the home was mostly true to the pictures provided on the site. As for the cleanliness of the home it was average. The bathroom did have black mold stains in the shower. There were plenty of linens but towels were stained. The kitchen was not adequately stocked. There were no extra spices and the salt was not in a shaker, just the original container. We visited with my elderly mother. The back porch had dead branches on the steps and the steps were questionable in regards to safety. There was outdoor furniture but it was dirty and not an area one would want to sit and relax or enjoy. All in all, I would not recommend this property to others.

Convenient for my stay.
My daughter and I needed a place to stay for open enrollment at OSU. This place was perfect for just the two of us. It was clean. It had a few Oklahoma bugs that’s normal for us. You can’t get away from it unless your house is sprayed it had everything we needed it was cute. It’s old, but it felt like, I was staying in my grandmothers home I loved it. Blinds needed to be fixed and windows would not lock to the child’s room. We felt like people could see in at night, and that was uncomfortable, someone pulled up in our driveway at midnight, and then drove off so being two females we were a little uneasy, however, it was a nice quiet neighborhood just new to us. DoorDash was quick and easy access to the college was about a 10 minute drive I will stay again if I can be assured that those two things could be fixed. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Perfect for OSU Family Weekend
Inside the house is cute and cozy. It was wonderful having a full kitchen and convenient dining table for meals and games. I slept well as the bed was very comfy. Dropped rating by one star due to delay getting access codes. Fortunately, requesting assistance provided the phone number to call the owner.

Disappointed
No internet for seven days. Technician came finally but internet only worked for a few hours. Bring indoor/outdoor flying insect spray as horse flies and hornets enter through a large gap in the back door. Customer service in India and communicating with owner were of little. Bottom line, stay away.
