Tämä on täydellinen paikka rentouttavalle ja hillitylle rantaelämykselle perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Tämä rantatalo on puhdas, mukava ja viihtyisä - perustettu rentoutumiseen kaikilla mahdollisilla mukavuuksilla, mukaan lukien täysin varustettu keittiö, ulkoterassi, oleskelutila ja BBQ-saari, jossa on 8 paikkaa, katettu ulkoruokailu ja laajat kannet. Sijaitsee Stinson Beach Villagessa vain 15 askeleen päässä rannasta. Yläkerran makuuhuoneesta ja kannesta on merinäköala ja ranta. Kauniisti sisustettu, mukava, kaksikerroksinen perheen koti, jossa iso, tasainen suljettu aurinkoinen piha. Mukava istuin terassilla ja laajat kannet, vain muutaman talon päässä rannasta. Avoin lattiakuvio ja useita ranskalaisia ja liukuovia rohkaisevat asumiseen ja ruokailuun sisä- ja ulkotiloissa. Lemmikkieläimet ovat neuvoteltavissa.

Pysäköinti 2-4 autolle portin sisällä.

Ulkoiluvarusteet: Ruokapöytä ja tuolit sekä ylä- että alakerroksessa, 5 oleskelutilaa, riippumatto, pingispöytä, 4 adirondack-tuolia. Mukava sohva ja tuolit patio lähellä BBQ.
Makuuhuoneet: King-sänky yläkerrassa, kaksi Queen-makuuhuonetta aulassa ja kaksi erillistä / täydellistä kerrossänkyä takahuoneessa.
Kylpyhuoneet: Kaksi täyttä kylpyhuonetta alakerrassa, jokaisessa on kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Upton Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi porealtaan. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

3rd Time’s a Charm
It was our 3rd stay here because it’s the perfect beach house. We love it so much we’re booked for next year. It’s well provisioned, comfortable, very close to the beach, close to the center of town, comfortable and very enjoyable.

Warm & wonderful home & location!
Simply one of the best VRBO homes we have ever enjoyed! Both the location and amenities to be found inside and outside were outstanding. There’s lots of room to enjoy curling up alone with a good book, for sharing time with friends/family on various outdoor patios or in the many warm and inviting rooms inside the home.

Grandpa's Birthday
Family trip for Grandpa's Birthday. Great house. Close to the beach. Everything you would want. The owner is a bit too involved. When I rent a vacation home, I really want no to limited contact with the owner. She didn't answer questions directly - always went off on another tangent. When I asked about early check in, she should have just said it wasn't available rather than string us along keeping us tethered to the property - Waiting. It is a very nice house. Good for a large family gathering. I, personally, did not enjoy the interactions with the owner.

JUST PERFECT!
I wish I could keep this gem a secret, it is such a special home. Every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of (dishes (adult and children), cooking supplies, spices, sharp knives, ample dry food space for guest use, and most importantly SCREENS ON WINDOWS!). This is our second time in this home, and our third or fourth time renting from Karen. The linen quality of the sheets and duvets is impeccable, and the extra supply of garbage bags, zip locks, and laundry detergent is so thoughtful. If you think you forgot something, chances are she has it available. Don't forget to bring all your own beach gear - but the outside shower is the best. We used it all the time! The neighbors are wonderful even if they're England fans....we came during the Euro Cup. Thank you Karen for another wonderful week at the beach, memory making is so easy when we have Calle del Sierra as a home base.

Family get together
Great location close to downtown and stores. The beach is a couple doors down. Having the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf coming through the screen door at night brings back memories. My family grew up at Stinson Beach and it was the perfect location to have our family reunion. The house was everything we wanted and more thank you.

Wonderful home close to the sand on a quiet street
We loved this house. It was perfect for two families with kids and in addition to being super close to the beach, had at home entertainment (ping pong table and hot tub) for the kids on the cloudy days. The outdoor space is very comfortable to hang out and the indoors was big enough to handle all of us too. The beds were very comfortable as well, which is always a plus. We would stay here again.

We have stayed at several houses at Stinson Beach and this is our favorite. Cozy, convenient, well appointed and comfortable and it has plenty of room to socialize both inside and out. I’d like to keep it a secret but the lovely hosts deserve all the kudos.

The house is great and has everything you could want. 2 houses back from the beach, friendly neighbors and in an awesome location. The house is as pictured, comfortable beds, lots of towels and kitchen stuff. Karen was super communicative and responsive both before we arrived and once we were there. Would 100% stay again.

Our family enjoyed this lovely Stinson Beach home. It really exceeded our expectations, inside and out! The home is spacious, comfortable beds and the kids were thrilled with the double bunks. They each chose the larger lower bunks! The kitchen was very well equipped and spotless throughout. The outside decks and patio are beautiful and so close to the beach! We hope to do this again. This home was perfect for our quick weekend getaway with our grown daughters. The house had everything we needed - incredibly stocked kitchen (kitchen aid mixer, parchment paper, spices...), games, hot tub, fire place.... Karen was great with communication. Our only complaint was our stay wasn't long enough. :)

Great house, great location, amazing outdoor space!
What a great property! This house feels like it was furnished/ supplied by the owners for their own use -- meaning great quality stuff (not one of those all-IKEA cheapie places, furnished for renters). Beds and pillows were luxorious, and it had one of the best stocked kitchens ever -- great plates/bowls/silverware (including stuff for kids), plus KitchenAid stand mixer, food processor, cute teapot, etc., etc. The kitchen cabinets/counter are "original" including 70s orange formica counters -- kind of a cute retro look, cozy, yet very clean and well-maintained. Two living rooms, including a great collections of DVDs, board games and brand new gas fireplace (easy on/off). Big indoor dining table, plus 2 great outdoor dining spots as well (one sunny, one shaded). House is on one of the litte Calles in Stinson, just a few houses from the beach. I live in SF and visit Stinson a lot -- I love this location because it's just steps from the beach, and it's also easy to walk to town for dinner, snacks, groceries. The best suprise when we arrived was that the outdoor space was wonderful! I'd seen the pics, but sometimes it's not so great when you arrive -- not so here. An amazing outdoor BBQ, plus countertop seating. Relaxing outdoor living room spot, with a great umbrella. Very clean/private hot tub. Hammock, ping pong, etc. Wooden fence provides privacy from the street. You will love it!

Perfect Stinson Beach winter visit
This house has everything for a perfect Stinson winter visit including a gas fireplace in the main room and an outdoor hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking. The beds are super-comfy. I look forward to staying here again!
