This newly restored 6-bed Farmhouse is just 1 mile from the center of Stowe village, providing seamless accessibility to local attractions. Perfect for large families or friends, this includes a 4 bed 2 bath linked to a 2 bed/ 1 bath mother-in-law unit. Sweet Stay Close to the Mountain
Every year my family rents a house in Stowe to ski. This year there were 8 of us (all adults) and it was our first time staying at this house. The property was clean and bright, and situated very close to downtown and about 12 minutes to Stowe. Comfy furniture and beds, and lots of parking. The owner was very responsive to my messages. It appears the house is very newly renovated and there were a few things that could be improved upon. Between the two kitchens, there was only one kitchen towel and no mixing bowls. A couple more pots and pans would also be welcome. It made it difficult to cook in the kitchen. We ended up leaving a couple kitchen towels for the next guests. The house/check-out instructions I received through the app were straightforward enough, but there were additional sets of instructions in the house on both fridges that said different things which was confusing. One set of straight- forward instructions before arrival would work best as we didn’t even see the fridge instructions at first since we had already received the house info via the app.
