This charming cottage features antique Florida heart-pine flooring and paneling, two bedrooms (king bed in spacious second-floor master bedroom and full bed in smaller ground-floor bedroom), a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room with dining table for 8, a spacious living room with fireplace and cozy furnishings (including a queen sleeper sofa), two bathrooms with shower (one on each floor), in-kitchen washer and dryer, a private wrap-around porch with outdoor seating and views of the courtyard and pool, and access to the pool and spa with comfortable outdoor furniture.
