Tropical Resort Style Retreat w/ Pool House 4BR, 3 Bath

This tropical paradise has all of the amenities allowing you to social distance in retreat style. Salt water pool, hot tub, bikes, and parks all within a two minute proximity. It also includes an air conditioned pool house with a smart TV, queen size bed and full bath. Open floor plan in the main house includes a fireplace and game room that even includes a pool table. A finely appointed kitchen includes 2 eat at counters (one on patio with kitchen window pass thru). Large dining room. House is fully furnished with 2 large smart TVs, free wi-fi & cable. The master bedroom has a large jetted tub. Washer & Dryer included along with a barbecue grill for those scrumptious pool-side cookouts. This gorgeous property is just 1 block from Twin Rivers Park with biking, jogging trails, picnic areas, and 2 huge fishing docks overlooking the intracoastal waterway and St. Lucy Inlet. Restaurants with excellent seafood are located all around the area. Beautiful sandy beaches, water-sports, and wildlife refuges are located all around our area. The Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute is located on Hutchison Island just across from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. If you would love to hang out in the evening with the musically inclined members of your Tribe..., there is a beautiful fire pit on the back side of the lighted pool. The home is equipped with a home security system and exterior security cameras. Pool/hot tub is within the coverage area of the device. Check Rental Agreement for additional house rules.

Perfectly Relaxing
This is our second stay at this paradise. The gorgeous pool, waterfalls, and tons of entertainment meant we didn’t need to go anywhere the entire week. It is exactly the kind of vacation I love. The cleanliness and supplies are top notch. We’ll be back for our third visit soon!

Spring Break
My family enjoyed our spring break trip in Stuart. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, playing ping pong and pool. The house was very clean and close to some great restaurants. The house is located in a quiet/safe neighborhood and Leslie was very responsive. We really enjoyed ourselves and would stay there again.

A tropical heaven
My wife and I absolutely loved our 3 week stay at this beautiful property in Rocky Point. The home has all the comforts of home. A well appointed kitchen with everything you will need to cook your favorite meals. A lovely screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee and the perfect place to enjoy cocktails with friends in the evening. While listening and looking at the tropical backyard with gorgeous pool with waterfall perfect sights and sounds to calm restore the soul. We spent many afternoons lounging around the pool and hot tub. For sun worshipers, there lots of sun and shade if you prefer. The pool house is perfect and backyard patio and wood burning fire pit is fantastic. The Weber gas grill provided many perfectly cooked meals. We booked this house based on the gorgeous photos on the site and the real home exceeded All expectations. The home owner was very helpful and available for any questions we may have had about the house ect. We loved our stay!!!

Excellent location
Communication with the owner was excellent ! Location to area beaches was perfect for our family. Accommodations were clean and supplies were plentiful. Nice neighborhood close to a beautiful walking park. Would recommend this place for a family.

Fabulous Week in the Oasis!
We absolutely LOVED our stay in the Oasis this week! The property was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation - the main house was spacious and well laid out and the pool house provided an additional sleeping option for our family. The kitchen was well appointed, and we made much use of the grill and fire pit as well. The appliances were all state of the art and modern, from the stove to the ovens to the shower fixtures. Towels etc were plentiful, as were pool floats, beach supplies etc. There was plenty to do inside the house (a pool table, ping pong, a number of board games, etc), and the screened in patio was perfect for meals. The crowning jewel is the pool, however - it was absolutely beautifully built and maintained, and provided the right balance of shade and sun. We spent a good portion of every day in the water, just lounging and floating and talking and listening to music on the awesome bluetooth sound system! Leslie was fantastic to work with throughout the booking process and the lead up to the trip, and while we were staying in the house. She was quick to respond to any request, and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to get away!

Great Family Get-away
Our family enjoyed the fabulous pool area at the house as well as the surrounding attractions like beaches and restaurants. The kitchen is well-stocked for your cooking needs and the recreational equipment is fantastic. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes, pool floats and more all ready to go. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming!

Host was very easy to deal with. She was always available to any of our needs. The kitchen was very well equipped, beds comfy , location very private and near all retail and great restaurants. The hot tub and pool was used almost daily. Very comfortable place for any and all ages, great family property. We would return.

Beautiful property
We rented this property for a 2 week family holiday to celebrate my in-laws 80th birthday. We have been renting Florida every year for many years and this property is good. It has lots of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. We made tons of wonderful family meals, enjoyed the swimming pool & hot tub everyday, and took family walks to the waterfront trail. We would like to rent again.

Wonderful stay
This home was the perfect set up for our family reunion. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and taking the bikes to town. There was plenty of room for us all and the spacious kitchen made making dinners together very easy. Our hostess was extremely responsive to any questions we had. It was a lovely stay.

A week in paradise!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Stuart and this house has everything to fit our groups needs. The location is perfect, the property is gorgeous, and Leslie was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We used the pool just about every day, the kids loved the game room and spent hours playing ping pong and shooting pool. The house was big enough to house the 7 of us comfortably with room to spare. The kitchen had every utensil we needed and had plenty of storage space for all of the food we purchased throughout the week. The property’s location is ideal as it is close to all of the things that the surrounding areas have to offer. We made a day trip down to Lion Country Safari, took the boat down to Peanut Island, watched the sunrise at Stuart Beach, and ate our way through many of the local restaurants. Thank you Leslie for making our stay amazing! We hope to be back in the future!

Perfect Relaxing Getaway
I started writing this review before I even headed to property, because that's when the customer service started. The property owner is amazing and she takes it upon herself to ensure that you have the best possible stay. I could write a novel detailing out all the things she did to ensure our stay was perfect. The house was just as photographed, and has been expertly maintained. You might be surprised by the amount of wild life you can find just in the back yard. We saw iguanas, lizards, and even turtles, we're from the north so this isn't something we see everyday. The location isn't a tourist trap so the beaches were private and beautiful. And despite not being one of the more popular locations the area had more than enough great restaurants locally to enjoy and choose from. We will for sure be back the whole stay was far to perfect for us not to. Highly recommend this home.

Great pool
The pool was amazing, but you have to leave the pool cleaner in at all times. It takes up about half of the pool. Guest do not control the hot tub. If you want to use it at a time that is not scheduled you have to contact the owner. They were very prompt to turn it on. Very quite neighborhood. One of our showers had no cold water, owner gave us a small refund. Like most places, cameras covering the entire exterior of property.

Nice place but too many rules and camera watching
The place was as shown in the listing, very nice house, but the Master bedroom shower did not work and was burning hot no pressure or middle ground. ended up using one shower in the house. Had to ask to cool the house, ask to adjust time for the spa, buy insurance to cover potential damage and cameras around the pool were very uncomfortable. Have stayed in many places and am very responsible, but would not stay here again for the larger cost then other places in the area.

Wonderful property
Our family spent the week in this wonderful house. The check in and check out process was very easy and Leslie was a great host. The house is immaculate with lots to do. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Definitely would recommend.
