We stayed for one night in July and the hotel had a pretty good location, not far from the city centre. The staff was friendly, even though they did not really know any answers to our questions (password for the guest computer, possibility for late check-out), but it all worked out somehow even though our late check-out was a bit pricy, as was the hotel otherwise (in relation to the quality).
The hotel is pretty old, but in good condition. The lack of airconditioning was a bit disturbing in the middle of the summer though, because a fan and an open window (facing the street) made much noise and didn't really cool down the room.
The breakfast was good, nothing extra special, but good.
