I stayed in the hotel in middle of august, I did not expect it was close to the airport, but a bit far from city center. Also check in time was smooth. Housekeeping ladies are very polite and greeted us always. I liked how smart was the room built you have to insert your card to card reader in order to switch on light in ur room and room is wide and bright. Overall all facilities are made for tourist visit.
The reception guy denied booking - then asked money, when I forced him to give him a room he prepared invoice and told me that car is parked wrongly. He showed me the parking and asked me Eur 15 in cash for parking, when I asked him invoice he said I need to pay Eur 20, I agreed, then he didn't gave me the key to go from parking to reception and when I requested him as it was raining heavily he asked for Eur 20 in cash without receipt and when I denied he asked me to leave the hotel, before that He has already made an invoice and got my signatures - Hotels.com is not pickin up call as it was late in night neither expedia - I am in mid and now have to book another hotel for Eur 129
My wife and I were totally impressed with The Niu Kettle. The accommodations were clean, quiet and perfect for our purposes in every way. And the price was so affordable!

Functional business class hotel; very limited food options and the quality of breakfast was pretty low.
Ein stylisches, modernes Hotel zu einem super Preis. Sehr gutes Frühstück, Smart TV. Nur leider kein Fitnessraum, Sauna o.ä.

Wirbt damit behindertengerecht zu sein. Hatte auch extra vorher angerufen. Ist aber dürftig. Auch das nicht preiswerte Frühstück ist lediglich okay. Für den Preis insgesamt nicht empfehlen
Wir (Kolleginnen) haben jetzt schon sehr oft in diesem Hotel und das Personal wird immer respektloser. Da geht man morgens zum Frühstück und der Mensch am Empfang sitz mit Beine auf dem Tresen telefonierend über Lautsprecher da. Er sagt weder guten Morgen noch ändert er sein Verhalten. Ich habe während des gesamten Frühstücks den Mitarbeiter gehört und gesehen wie er über sein Handy Lautsprecher privat telefonierte, er kam zum Frühstück und zeigte seinem Gegenüber wie es ausschaut und was er sich tolles nehmen kann. Was genau er sagte kann ich nur Mutmaßen da die Sprache unverständlich für uns war. Ausserdem ebenfalls sehr unschön die Discountertüten die aus den Fenstern hängen da das Hotel teilweise (nehme ich an als Flüchtlingsunterkunft vergeben wird) und die Dauerbewohner das wohl als Kühlschrank nutzen. Können sie auch gerne machen, wohl fühlt man sich durch all diese Umstände aber keines Wegs mehr.
Heizung im Zimmer defekt . Neues Zimmer Fernbedienung von tv defekt . Alles in allem du kommst in einem Hotel an das Zimmer ist eiskalt und dann bist im Zimmer wartest bis es war wird halbe Dreiviertel Stunde später bekommst ein Zimmer wieder eiskalt 1 Stunden bis das Zimmer warm ist und dafür bezahlt man knapp 140€ nein danke nie mehr the new Hotel Kette

Umbuchen wurde nicht ermöglicht
Ich musste den Termin wegen Erkrankung verschieben. Ein Anruf im Hotel ergab die Auskunft, ich müsse mich an Hotels.com bzw. Expedia wenden. Dort rief ich die Online-Buchungsbestätigung auf und wählte die Option „Buchung verwalten/ändern“. Es meldete sich der Chatbot und wollte die Reiseplannummer. Diese habe ich korrekt eingegeben und er antwortete: „Tut mir leid, ich kenne diese Nummer nicht“. Da habe ich weitere Aktivitäten unterlassen.
Schade - bei anderen über Hotels.com gebuchten Übernachtungen konnte ich auch schon durch direkten Anruf in der Rezeption das Datum verlegen.
Wenn der Rezeptionist bzw. der Mitarbeiter am Empfang hörbar YouTube-Videos anschaut/hört, die Mitarbwiter regelmäßig am Haupt-Eingang rauchen gehen und in der Lobby sich nicht leise unterhalten können, dann weiß man, dass irgendwas schief läuft beim Management. Meine Meinung.
