Welcome to Fireside #423. A studio that provides everything needed for a fantastic stay in Sun Peaks. Its unique location gives guests the most luxurious access to Sun Peaks a unit can offer, situated right in the heart of the village. This property also benefits from portable AC in summer.

- Ski-in: Take Gentle Giant and onto the Valley Trail to the village
- Ski-out: Ski through the village to the Sunburst and Sundance Chairlifts

Wonderful condo!
Clean, comfortable condo in the perfect location near restaurants in the Village. The Fireside is our preferred place to stay in Sun Peaks and this condo one of our favorites. We love the location, great common large hot tub, ski to lifts. Top floor, facing Mt Morrissey, fully stocked kitchen, large TV, fireplace and very nice furnishings. Thank you to the owners for a great stay!

This unit doesn’t have a balcony yet it’s advertised as having one. Also the A/C unit can’t keep up during hot days. Other than that the place is perfect and will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the condo is very comfortable and cozy. Great location right in the heart of the village - walking distance to everything. The only thing that we missed in the listing was that there is no balcony. The owner was very conscientious and great to communicate with once we connected. We recommend this owner and condo!

Great location
Nice studio suite. Well appointed kitchen with all herbs and spices available. On the older side, but clean and tidy. My only complaints was it was scorching hot and we had to leave all windows open and run the fans (in winter). The bed is firm and the couch is a bottomless pit; comfortable, but once you are in it, you are not getting out.

The studio was spacious enough to be comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom amenities were good. Communication with the owner was amiable and helpful. The location was good! We'd stay there again and would recommend it.

Ski in / ski out…very cozy with the fireplace and oversized sofa…kitchen had everything you need…amazing location to grab lunch and warm up mid ski day. Will definitely stay here again. Sun peaks is the best ski resort in BC.

Truly ski in and ski out
This was such a convenient place to stay! Easy access to suite from elevator, coin laundry available just steps down the hall, hot tub was pleasant! Suite had everything we needed for cooking our own meals, coffee was provided, hair dryer, lovely towels. We are hoping to return to the same place as we really enjoyed it! Wifi access didn’t work upon arrival but one phone call to Tobias and it was quickly rectified. Thanks for letting us use this lovely place!
