Summary:
Relax in our beautifully light and open 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom 2 carpark Apartment located in Sunshine Beach. This spacious apartment is only a five-minute walk to the beach and a two-minute walk to nearby cafes, restaurants and bars. It is perfect for both couples and families. Soak up the sun on the balcony or at the pool, which can be accessed directly from the second bedroom. Enjoy the comfort and lux amenities the apartment offers.

The Space:
With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two underground car parks the apartment is a perfect size for a family or even two small families. The open plan layout includes an addtional lounge room/TV for the kids and the second bedroom has direct access to the resort pool. The large sunny balcony is a great spot to hang out and has ocean glimpses. The back stairs lead down and out through the side gate to a path which takes you straight toward the beach and shops. The resort-style complex and apartment is new and modern.

Guest Access:
The whole apartment is yours.

The Neighborhood:
Sunshine beach is only 5 minutes' drive from the glamorous Hastings street and Noosa main beach. It is a beautiful little suburb in Noosa and is mostly filled with tourists. You can walk everywhere from the apartment. Shops, restaurants, Surf club, and the beach are all under 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Getting Around:
Walk around Sunshine beach and drive over to Noosa heads and Hastings street if you please. There is multiple taxis, ubers and public buses to get around quite easily if you don't have a car.

Other Things to Note:
House manual will be left in the apartment with plenty of information inside to help you out during your stay

Interaction with Guests:
We are only there if our guests call and need assistance. We leave our guests in peace for their entire stay so they can really enjoy the secluded apartment and relaxing holiday.

The level of paranoia from owners is off the charts
I gave this listing 1 star for communication as it was too much! A constant barrage of emails, they want ID from all guests, plus they take your credit card details separate to what you give to Stayz. Then we go to check in and the keys aren’t in the lockbox, only communication is email, a couple turn up to let us in but I think it was to check on us, then continue to email us during the stay. The property was nice and clean but the level of distrust made it a not so enjoyable stay. Don’t rent your property if you don’t trust people to stay in there. The toilet cubicle is bizarre

Great accomodation, highly recommend staying
Great place to stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We were delightfully surprised to find chocolates, biscuits and a bottle of wine there to welcome us. The kitchen is well equipped. There were also board games to play. The apartment is located close to the beach and shops. We were travelling with my elderly mother who has some mobility difficulties, and found the apartment very easy to access from the car park. Communication with the owner was great. We loved our stay and recommend the accomodation.

More than lived up to expectations !
Our family of 4, with two adults, a teen and a tween had a lovely time at this property. The host was very receptive and responsive to any queries. The property was very clean, well equipped and was walking distance to the beach and shops. There were three good sized bedrooms, enabling us to spread out. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough for us to use the pool, although having direct access from the apartment would be a bonus! We appreciated the underground secure car park too. Would recommend !
