Hazel is nestled high in the hills of Little Cove (Noosa), this deluxe 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom villa, complete with private pool and heavenly water views, is the perfect escape for your next holiday to Noosa or even long weekend away. Situated in the prestigious Allambi Rise only steps away from Little Cove beach.

Hazel (Villa Cuvee) is beautifully appointed and set over 3 levels this divine piece of Little Cove paradise is stylish, beachy and comfortable.

The master bedroom is like your own private retreat away from others and complemented by stunning water views, with large spacious design, a private walk-in wardrobe with bench seat and accompanied by a private, luxurious bathroom with stunning freestanding bath (also with views).

With 2 further bedrooms downstairs – both with the versatility to be used as a Kings (or split into singles in either room).

A wonderful week in Noosa
The property immediately draws you towards the outlook down towards Little Cove. All the amenities work well and the upstairs bathroom is pretty cool. We had a wonderful relaxing time during winter in the wonderful Noosa. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We are a family of 4 with 2 school age children. Property is extremely well positioned. A short downhill walk to Little Cove Beach - you will be on the sand in 5 minutes (I timed it). And a 7 - 8 minute walk to Hastings Street. Would happily stay here again.

The property manager called us ahead of time to notify us of some construction that would be taking place in the neighboring house and offered us several great solutions. We really appreciated the advance notice and their willingness to go the extra mile to make it right even when it was not their fault. House was incredible.

Parents and Teenagers Retreat in the Heart of Noosa
This property was perfectly suited to our family of 5 (parents and late teens). The parents retreat upstairs was divine with deluxe ensuite and walk in robe and a huge bedroom including deck overlooking the pool with ocean views from all areas. The middle floor encompasses kitchen/living/entry with access to the garage and is also beautifully equipped with ocean views from the balcony overlooking the pool. The lower level is the teenage retreat with 2 bedrooms, combined bathroom/laundry, lounge area and direct access to the pool area. All areas are beautifully equipped with modern appliances, comfortable beds/lounges along with extra little useful everyday things to make your stay homely. Whilst perfect for our family, note that there are lots of stairs between the 3 levels and parents are quite seperate to the children which may not suit younger families or much older guests. The location was perfect for our stay. 8-10 min walk to Hastings street for restaurants and shops, short walk to the beach/surf and awesome national park walking trails. Please note though that all the walking from the property is on incredibly hilly areas - your legs will get a workout. We didn't mind this at all though. We loved our stay here and would happily book again. Great location, views and a beautiful property.

Great place to stay in Little Cove
This is our second visit to the property & we liked it so much we extended our stay. The property is in a great location (unless you don't like a relatively steep hill to walk up) being only a few minutes from Little Cove beach & max. 10 min walk to Hastings Street. The property is of a high standard & really well laid out with the main living areas on the middle level, the master suite upstairs & the other bedrooms & bathroom/laundry on the lower level. The only slight issue we had was communication with the Property Manager. When we asked to extend our stay we were told there was an Open House on the Saturday afternoon, as the property is on the market. We accepted that had already been organised & agreed to having the property clean and tidy for the Open House. Unfortunately the Property Manager didn't inform us we had the only set of keys for the property & they should have been left in the key lock at the property. Luckily when she rang (7 minutes before the scheduled Open House) to ask where the keys were, we were close by but my wife had to pause what we were doing, go back to the car & drive the keys back to the property. Not a big issue in the scheme of things but still a little annoying. The other issue was a phone call from the Property Manager the day before check out after I had text to ask if a late check out the next day was possible. The answer was no due to the cleaners already being arranged for 10 am but then two men arrived unannounced to do pool maintenance and so I text again to ask if the Property Manager knew they were scheduled to come and explained we were having massages at the house & the pool maintenance men walking through the house to access the pool downstairs was a little annoying and disruptive. The Property Manager then rang & unfortunately my existing frustration were exasperated by comments such as I was 'peppering' her with texts and that she didn't know the pool maintenance was planned but that 'maintenance happens all the time' which I took as basically 'suck it up'. No apology nor appreciation that it was an inconvenience to us. Disappointing as we felt we had been flexible in terms of the Open House and that it shouldn't be too much to expect to be informed if maintenance people are scheduled to come so you can plan around it. Maybe I have unrealistic expectations but when renting a high end holiday property I don't think its unreasonable to expect to be informed of issues that may impact your holiday.
