Check in process took forever due to other guests rooms being incorrect or getting over charged. Pool was down and no one said anything during check in and nothing was posted on there website-we had some not so happy kids.

Hotel is located just of bridge from Duluth, quiet location with clean rooms - Starbucks coffee in room and at breakfast is an added bonus, would definitely stay here again

No pool and no ice. But nice hotel overall.
The hotel is newer and the stay was alright. The lady on check in was not very polite. The pool was closed when we asked if it will be open at all they told us “closed for maintenance” . The ice machines had no ice in them. When we went to let someone e know they were polite. At that time we were informed pool was closed because the heater broke and the water was cold. The bathroom floors also were dirty and needed cleaning.

Wry disappointmented in having tombs pool not work when that’s the reason why me and my kids stayed here I had no clue the pool was out of commission. We would have stayed somewhere else having driven almost 3 hours to this hotel.

We ended up cancelling our room because the pool was out of order. That was the only reason we booked a room. We were very disappointed and decided to go home. It seemed like a nice hotel and we would have liked to stay, but not having the amenities ruined it for us.

The hotel is in a pretty noisy area. It seems like a bunch of motorcycles and cars that drive/race down Tower Ave at night. We had an extremely noisy downstairs neighbor, screaming obscenities to passerby’s, but staff did take care of the issue right away. At arrival nobody was at the front desk. We ended up waiting 15 mins before we were able to get in contact with someone, to be checked in. WiFi was also down when we arrived and the cable TV stopped working our second night.
