Gorgeous villa for 14 people - pure relaxation
Villa "Green Frame" is located in the small village of Klarici near the well-known Renaissance town of Svetvincenat, only 15 km from Pula and 10 km from the sea and the Brijuni Islands National Park. The 4,200 m² property is perfect for guests looking for relaxation and recreation in a luxurious atmosphere away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
The 303 m² villa has 5 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds and two additional sleeping places on a sofa bed in the living area. So there is enough space for up to 14 people. The ultra-modern kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The fresh, modern design, combined with vintage elements, exudes an elegant atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home.
The glazed dining area with a view of the pool and the large outdoor terrace with outdoor kitchen and outdoor seating area are brand new.
A special highlight is the 54m² salt water pool (heatable for an extra charge) as well as the sauna with whirlpool for cooler days.
You can also use the small fitness area and enjoy a selection of excellent Istrian wines in the in-house wine bar.
