Wyvern Cottage is a cosy holiday home in the seaside town of Swanage.  A lovely place to enjoy a holiday with plenty to explore, there is something for everyone.
Positioned a short stroll from Swanage town centre on a pretty street.  Wyvern Cottage offers a calm holiday space away from the hustle and bustle of the vibrant high street in Swanage but perfectly placed for easy access to the south West Coast Path, the beach and all the local amenities.  Within a short drive you can reach Wareham, Poole, Dorchester and Weymouth.
On arriving at the property you are greeted by a calm and welcoming space.  Thoughtfully and tastefully decorated throughout, it is a tranquil haven from day to day life.  On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with a shaker style kitchen/dining room.
On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom and the second floor an attic bedroom too.

Beds:  1) Super king size zip and link (can be two singles upon request only),  2) King size bed,  3) Double bed
Rooms:   Ground Floor: Living room, kitchen/dining room, utility room with washing machine and w.c. off.  First Floor: family bathroom, two bedrooms.  Second Floor: Attic bedroom
Kitchen/Dining: Electric oven and hob, slimline dishwasher, fridge with ice box, microwave combi oven, dining table with seating for up to 6
Utility & Downstairs W.C.:   Utility room with washing machine, sink, heated towel rail.  Off utility room W.C.
Lounge:  Comfortable seating, wood burning stove, flat screen TV
Garden:  Paved courtyard patio garden with table and chairs
General: Wifi included, bed linen and towels provided - please bring your own beach towels.  No smoking property
Pets: One dog allowed
Parking: Unrestricted roadside parking in nearby roads
