Convenient
Comfortable and easy for an overnight stay. Easy to get to the airport with the shuttle bus. We caught the train from Central then walked a short distance to the hotel. Very convenient. I liked the 24 hour reception and food options for a late arrival. We had an issue with the bathroom door and the reception staff attended to. Overall, it was great for our needs.

Staff were great but the room was so noisy & the bed was only a double & stuck up against a wall on 1 side with no night stand or ability to get into the bed. Very very strange considering the size of the room itself & the wasted space inside the bathroom - being an accessible room this made it even more confusing that someone was expected to climb over another person to get in & out of the bed?

The room is very small. The internet access is terrible, basically unusable. Calling front desk asking why the internet connection is bad. The reply was: it is okay, they are not getting complains customers. Through out the stay, I can't even download short youtube video.

Closeness to both domestic and international terminals from Ibis. Room 306's shower drainage system was slow to drain and built up likely to flood the shower tray. Forgot to mention this to reception prior checking out. I ended up removing the centre piece that drained with out blocking up.

Very noisy at all hours for a "soundproof" room. We could hear doors slamming all night, planes outside, and noise from the reception area car pull up. The shower spread water all over the bathroom floor and had no bathroom fan, and the staff at check in were both very rude. One was on a mobile while helping us and the other spoke so rudely to the guest in front of us. I wouldn't come back.
