Absolutely not worth $296 a night. The room reeked of an awful smell—like pee. We stayed one night with kids, and since they were already asleep, we didn’t request a room change, but we regretted it. The stench was unbearable, and my husband and I could barely sleep because of it. This stay was a complete nightmare and an utter waste of money.

Okay for a quick stay, the breakfast is very average. We had to wait 20 mins for staff to refill the buffet as everything on the buffet was empty and staff didn't seem to keep an eye on things till we complained.

We had a spacious comfy room and bed ! We al enjoyed breakfast on the premises. However the TV had no access to EPG or ability to change colour or brightness settings - nor did it have subtitles! Also we could not reduce the AC in the room and it was really too hot at 24deg on the night we stayed . These issues were disappointing, however ang staff we encountered were eager and helpful.

Rooms are dated and in need of an overhaul given the asking price. No drinking water in rooms at all which is poor. Restaurant is overpriced and food quality quite ordinary. Good location but in need of an overhaul.

The staff were very helpful with an earlier check in for me. It really helped me a lot with my schedule. My room was extremely comfortable. I only hope that the person who charged breakfast to my room was found! I am very grateful to the check out manager who believed me when I denied ordering breakfast. I will definitely stay again, if required, at Rydges Norwest.
