Traditional village house, completely renovated, in a quiet area, a few minutes from the center, with a very nice view over Symi from its two large terraces, and its small green garden. It is airy, and the bedrooms are air-conditionned.
The first floor of this 105m2 house consists of a large living-room opening on a 25m2 terrace under a trellis, a dining-area with chimney, a big kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor, the mezzanine-bedroom has a large double bed; the second bedroom has deck-beds, a double bed and a possible baby bed; and there is a wc. A second terrace is on the roof.
The house is comfortable, and is perfect for a family of four, though it can accomodate up to six persons. Linen and towels are provided, and the house cleaning is done twice a week. The kitchen is fully eqipped including refridgerator with freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, dish washer.. The bathroom has a shower cabin, and a washing machine. Both bedrooms are air-conditionned.

This may well be the best place we’ve ever stayed on Symi, it was perfect for us & when my husband had to return home after our first week I was very comfortable there on my own. We’d love to rent this place again.

Wonderful location very close to all facilities without having to climb any hills to get there. House was very spacious, well furnished and comfortable. Vincent was very responsive when we had a query. We are more than happy to return.

Lovely relaxing home
We had a fantastic time on Symi. Staying at this house provided a cool comfortable respite for me and my family from the hot August afternoons. The house is basic but fulfilled all our needs. The books and games were helpful for our three young boys. Only a 3 minute walk from the harbour and shops. We were helpfully picked up and dropped off for the ferry by the lovely Christine. A great stay - many thanks.

Great place to stay to enjoy Symi- sleeps 6
We loved our stay on Symi-- a bit off-season so it was very peaceful and not crowded (end of April). Some evenings were cool and some were perfect, but all the days were great. This house is in a great location-- good view, but not too far (especially uphill) from restaurants groceries, etc. Very nice place, plenty of room, very homey and cozy. We were picked up at the ferry from Rhodes and taken back there when we left, even though it was really an easy walk. Only negative was that the chairs are not really comfortable, so we took backgammon and books to the nearby restaurant and sat there for long stretches.

Symi, Symi, Symi!!!
The property is ideally situated close to all amenities, shops, tavernas, & the water taxis/boat trips. Symi is a beautiful, quiet Greek island, friendly locals, & wonderful food!! The patio and BBQ area were most welcome in the heat of the day, as it had typical Greek greenery growing, providing some relief from the sun!! Be aware, access to upper areas is via a small, spiral staircase, quite narrow, and some may find it difficult, ( but the youngest in our party of four was 61, & we all managed fine!!) Well pleased we found this property. The owner, and Christina who is nearby to assist, where most helpful, & it is the first property we will try to book, when we return to Symi, next year!! Thank you so much h, Vincent, Yassas!!

Bon rapport qualité prix, maison avec vue, mais ameublement vieillissant et commodités à rafraîchi….
On avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis et enfants. Nous avons été très bien reçus . Les équipements et commodités sont un peu vétustes, mais sinon nous avons pleinement profité du bonheur de cette île exceptionnelle !
