Reception staff was pretty inefficient. One staff was on their personal phone during the whole check in process and i couldnt tell if they were talking to me or their friend. Facility was good for its value. I would stay here again

Room was dirty and dusty, no shower curtain in the bathroom, no hot water. We checked late, and went to sleep. Woke up to shower to attend a funeral and realized there was no shower curtain and went to do a bird bath and there was no hot water. In addition the door to the room, which is a fire door, did not latch properly and needed to be pulled all the way closed. When I went to the front desk, non management was great and apologetic. The manager was guilting and shaming of me for “Not reporting it the night before”. Then was “teaching” his staff about guests like me- in the open. Unprofessional.

rooms are very spacious i had the 2 queen beds with a living are nice however i noticed the need to do some deep cleaning loke moving things around gettin underneath wiping off furniture it was decent clean but if u have a eye for crumbs dust things that some may not notice u will overall 1 to 10 i will give my experience 7 sheets were @ least a 1000 count bed was decent i only stayed a night it work perfect for tmy stay

The location of this hotel right near the NYS thruway is good. The area surrounding the hotel offers nothing on the way of charm. It does border Lockheed Martin so convenient if you are going there for business. The rooms are large and well equiped. But the hotel is really starting to show its age and look worn. Overall this hotel is reasonably priced with nice size rooms. A good value .

Poor customer service in a rundown hotel.
I booked 3 rooms at the same time and requested that they at least be located on the same floor. I even called ahead to confirm. Upon our arrival we were told they could accommodate us unless we wanted to have someone form our party sit in the room because the lock was broken and that would be the only way we could get in and out of the room. So unprofessional

Other guests were extremely noise from 1-5 am yet hotel staff were oblivious. TV remote not working due to low battery and replaced by another remote without battery Bathroom toilette leaking water; bathtub faucet not working. All of these in two nights. Regretfull choice of hotel to say the least.

Terrible night sleep
We were given a room right next to an exit door. Every time someone came in or out, the door would slam shut and shake the walls in our room. The mattress sounded like it was made of styrofoam peanuts every time we rolled over or moved. The front desk would not allow us to relocate to another room. $300 for a one night stay was a ridiculous amount to spend for a terrible night sleep in a very average hotel.

Room had no hand soap, shampoo or conditioner. Manager insisted we did until he came to the room. TV didn’t work and they weren’t going to fix it. Hence, no TV.

Room was clean, bed was firm, no hair dryer, flat iron or coffee pot in room (there was coffee). The shower leaked from the tub faucet which caused little water pressure from shower head. All of these were reported to front desk. Lady wrote it down. Later went to ask again for a hair dryer so I could dry my hair and I was given an apology but no dryer. Breakfast was so-so. Pancake maker was broken. eggs were cold. Not worth the $ we paid to stay.

A bit of distance from airport, would rather then stay downtown. No amenities nearby so drove far to Walmart and mall. Our delayed flight made us miss our first night. Front desk teller was VERY cold and unsympathetic. Would not barge and insisted we would not get refunded for the unused night. The hallway carpet is NASTY and not vaccumed. The room had food crumbs in drawers and dining chairs. We sanitized and wiped down bedding and surfaces. No soap is available, we were lucky to have packed our own. Breakfast was poor, none of the food that ran out within half hour was replenished. Weak coffee, no fruits. I was lucky to have brought my own sandwich. No microwave in the room so must go to the lobby to use the shared one. We left for the day to return to an uncleaned room at night. The front desk repeatedly hung up on us when we called.So we had to request towels, shampoo and lotion. We were told soap isn't provided but the man at the front desk insisted that a large bottle is attached to bathtub but that's not the case. He was rude and impatient. We got through the night and woke up with low expectations for breakfast. Again, we brought our own food from the day before. The lone staff was overwhelmed and couldn't replenish food fast enough and kept mentioning that people were just too any. At some point, another staff has to leave to go find milk. Recall that no amenities are around the hotel. My refund is still a pending case. NEVER AGAIN! Please save your money.
