The property overall was decorated nicely and had everything you needed. It is right next to a playground, which is great, however there are a number of homeless who are constantly occupying it.
If you are not used to that, it can be a concern. It did throw us for a loop. Unit 4 is on the 2nd floor, and from the kitchen window you can see the park. One morning we clearly saw one of the homeless men urinating on the wall.
My wife was pretty nervous about them at first, but they kept to themselves.
I know the property owner/manager will not state that in the public listing for the rental property, just be aware that the neighborhood does have a significant homeless population.
The tv is a smart tv, and you have to play around with it if you are not used to smart tvs. It took me 2 1/2 days to figure how to find the Netflix/Hulu features. I suggest the owner print out instructions on how to access these features to avoid future frustrations for the renters.
The owner texted and emailed instructions on accessing the property, wifi network and password, and key code access on the check in day, but we had to ask for the address.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The owner/manager promptly responded each time we attempted contact, and worked with us when we had a reservation issue.
