I recently stayed at this hotel, and OMG it was the best decision I’ve made. I was nervous about a couple of reviews I read prior. 1. After 9:00 PM, the front door is locked and only key access. If you left your key, there’s a 24/7 staff. 2. There’s security in the lobby who monitors the parking and ensure there’s no car jacking. 3. The staff is friendly. 4. The hotel is surrounded by so many restaurants, the mall, Target and much more! (Try Dick’s food…you won’t be disappointed) 4. Breakfast is provided. Cons: 1. The housekeeper never came back to my room. I did have my door lock when she attempted to come. Other than that, it was a perfect experience. I traveled 6 hours.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The area is close to shopping and dining. Rooms were decent size. I would like to make a suggestion about the pillows and bedding to check for stains as we noticed old stains on ours. We just took it off and requested to new ones. Overall we had a restful stay as it is also family oriented and the continental breakfast buffet filled us up.

I always enjoy staying at this location. I love the quality of the breakfast, the way you are treated when you check in, and the remodeled king executive suite room. The only issue this time was the boiler had to be turned off the night before, which I was unaware of, and therefore had a cold shower in the morning.
