Great place, but needs more
Obvious this property seems like it is obviously a new VRBO. The home itself is spacious, in a great neighborhood, very clean and large. There were beds in every room, although the room with the twin bed was just a box spring and no actual mattress. Each bed had a sheet and a thin comforter but there were no extra blankets anywhere to be found in the rental. Nor were there extra towels,

Eh, it’s not good
This house sits on a beautiful property with a great view; it’s nicely updated and has a great floor plan, and that’s about all the pro’s I can state. Upon closer inspection you quickly realize there are absolutely no immenities. There is no place to store anything you might have brought - no dressers, not one closet rod or any coat hooks. The kitchen is large but barely has any utensils or cook wear and half of the drawers do not close or are falling apart. There is one super small TV in the whole house and no instructions for use. There is a beautiful wooden rack for the coffee bar - yet there is no coffee pot!! There was plenty of TP, and hand soap but they didn’t bother taking out the hand soap used by the previous guests - ewwww!!! We were not provided any checkout instructions but I guess it didn’t really matter since there was no trash cans to take the garbage out to and after checking every single closet/door in the whole house - we learned there is no washer/dryer in the house either which really sucked as every single wash cloth and towel that was provided (and it wasn’t much) was so sour smelling and you cannot get that smell out. This house has so much potential but is a huge let down for the money that was spent, don’t waste your money.

Read the Description Carefully
This place is not what it says it is, very disappointing that we couldn’t host what we came into WA for. I don’t know where to start, but let’s go with no blinds over any window in this the house. There are no amenities in this place, no coffee pot, limited dishes, limited utensils, limited cups, limited seating, no dressers and the list goes on. This is not a home away from home, especially for the higher cost. The house is ADA compliant which is great and a quiet location with view. My only other concern is the water getting on the bathroom floor makes it extremely slippery.

We recently stayed at this home and had a mixed experience. While the view of the ravine was very nice and the property had undergone a recent renovation, it was incomplete, leaving many aspects of the stay frustrating. There was no internet, Wi-Fi, or television anywhere in the home. If we had known there was no internet or TV, we wouldn’t have booked the property. The property also lacked basic amenities—no bath towels, no mugs or cups for coffee or tea, and very minimal furniture. Patio chairs were placed inside for seating, which was uncomfortable. The bed frame was poorly assembled, with screws falling off and parts of it coming apart, making it unsafe to sleep on. Loose electrical wiring was present, and construction debris was left inside cupboards, which was especially concerning since we were traveling with our 1-year-old son. Additionally, none of the windows had curtains or drapes, compromising privacy. Many of the amenities listed in the rental advertisement were missing. While the location and view were great, we expected much better for the price. The property needs to complete the renovation and address these issues before we could recommend it.
