This classic A-frame home boasts a distinctive architectural style, with soaring vaulted ceilings sitting over a cozy stone hearth with woodstove, perfect for warming up after a day of skiing or hiking. Curl up on plush leather sofa seating in the living room to stream all your favorite shows and movies on the mounted smart TV, enabled by super-fast Spectrum internet and offering with all your favorite apps of Netflix, Disney+, Max, and Prime available for login. Surf the channels on the Spectrum Live TV service, Chromecast from your personal device, or pop in a DVD for a movie night to remember. Everyone will want a turn in the massage recliner chair, soothing your tired muscles after long days exploring.

This home is in an unbeatable location just off Highway 89, with close proximity to local shops and restaurants, miles of both paved and dirt trails for hiking and biking of all levels nearby. Head out to Truckee River and the popular beaches on Lake Tahoe’s crystal blue water or find a private cove with unforgettable swimming. From boating and water sports to fishing and kayaking, there’s no shortage of activities on the water! You’ll be within convenient walking distance to neighborhood favorites of Tahoe House Bakery (9-minute walk) and New Moon Natural Foods (5-minute walk).

In winter months, enjoy the convenience of being 2-minutes away from the Granlibakken Tahoe, a great family resort with hills great for beginner skiing & snowboard and sledding. Families can also hop on a gondola for a scenic ride over towering mountainsides or scale the treetop courses and ziplines at the nearby Tahoe Treetop Adventure Park. For the more adventurous, Palisades Tahoe or Alpine Meadows (13-minute drive) and Northstar (25-minute drive) that are just around the corner.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the loft.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and patio access.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 Duxiana twin size beds and patio access.

Bedroom #3 includes a luxurious Tempur-Pedic king size bed and balcony.

The home also includes a half bathroom as well as a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Barbeque grill not available in the winter months.
• This home is equipped with 3 floodlight/security camera combo at the front porch, back porch and on the side of the house, all external facing. Also a smart doorbell/camera combo at the main entrance.

4. No RVs or oversized vehicles allowed.
5. No parties, camping, weddings, or corporate retreats allowed.
6. Do not move or rearrange any furniture in the home.
7. No campfires, charcoal grills, fireworks, or smoking allowed.
8. Quiet Hours are 9pm to 8am, 7 days per week
9. During Quiet Hours, all outside lights, noise, and hot tub use are prohibited per local regulations.
10. No pets allowed

The Virginian Summary offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
