well. The whole hotel smells bad, smells of mildew. Tried to spray the place with anti-smell spray, was offered to change rooms, but the smell remains throughout. So I tried to cancel my stay within 3 hours of walking in, but they only let me cancel 1 of my 2 days. Fine... ok... whatever. place is gross.

It served the basic purpose

1) hotel is old and has foul smell at the corridor/ walkway.. guess is due to the carpet 2) dont think the housekeeper did a good job for cleaning after the last guest departed. Lots of hair found in toilet floor. It was cleaned after I reminded them 3) breakfast spread is bad. But service was good. Again foul smell in the basement 1 restaurant 4) very very strict, only allow 30 mins extension for checking out. No chance to request for checking out at 1pm.. dont think is full house at all.

Small room, old hotel, cockroach in breakfast

Hotel not as flash as photos, smaller than photos too. Cockroach in the water flask at breakfast on day one (it came out of the flask into my cup) and cold sausages, so didn't bother with breakfast again. Stayed 5 nights for work. My colleagues stayed at a nicer hotel in the area for less - so I won't be back here again!

Good sleep and shower.

Stayed here because I wanted to stay an extra night, and my previous hotel was fully booked. I only entered to sleep, then off to airport. The location is convenient. There is a bus (#5201), that stop just around the corner, which will take your to/from Taoyuan for about $125 NTD vs an airport taxi for $3000 NTD.

It's a motel stuck in the 70's

This hotel needs a major upgrade. Everything is so dated that feels like it's been frozen in the 70's. The mattress was so hard. My pillow was mouldy on one side. The air conditioning was very noisy. The door lock was loose and not always working properly. There wasn't any tourist information/brochure available upon request at the front desk. Breakfast was acceptable. This is a motel not a hotel. It is located between two metro stations.
