Comfortable home base
Thankful to find this property as advertised...clean, functional, easy check in/ check out, with Gregg very responsive and pleasant. Beds were comfortable and the indoor and outdoor spaces were great to play a few games, enjoy a meal, and watch the rest of the FSU game in cool comfort with our college boys.

Mini family reunion
Needed a home away from home like place to stay while visiting relatives in the local area. This home was definitely inviting, very well stocked with linen, the owners communicated proactively in a way that ensured a great arrival and that they were available if there were any issues that came up during our stay which there were not. The neighborhood was perfect quiet and we felt safe the entire time. Definitely a nice choice.

Lovely renovated home in quiet neighborhood
The house is lovely. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. We loved the Florida room and back deck. It was a little warm to use the fire pit, but it looked like it would be great in cooler weather. There is one large couch in the living room, which would benefit from a coffee table. My only significant complaint is that the listing promised a hot tub, but there wasn’t one.

We had an absolutely wonderful time, close to our kids and grandkids. House was as promised, great backyard for our dog. There was nothing with this house. Will rent again when we go back. Clean place to stay. Nice fenced yard for my dogs. Very quite neighborhood . Only recommendation would be to have a small stand (coffee table maybe) of sorts in the living room to put things on while watching tv. The with or without that stand doesn’t change the rating just an observation I had.
