Recently updated with new stainless appliances this charming home is in the heart of Midtown offers 3 bedroom 1.5 bath and is close to (FSU), Doak Campbell Stadium, FAMU and TCC. It is also just two minutes from Mission San Luis Park. Just off of West Tennessee St.

-Rinnai inline water heater. (Never run out of hot water)

Other things to note

We will provide basic supplies listed. If additional items are needed you will be responsible for purchasing them.

Pool safety is enormously important don’t swim alone, kids under 18 must have adults supervision. Pool toys are not for life-saving interventions. No glass on the pool deck.
