SR08 - Huoneisto sijaitsee Tamarindon sydämessä 3. kerroksessa, muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta, osittaisella merinäköalalla. Yksikköön kuuluu Keski-ilma, kaapeli-TV, täydellinen keittiö, jaettu uima-allas. Vuodepaikkoja 4 maksimi.

Huoneisto sijaitsee vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta Sunrise-kompleksin 3. kerroksessa Tamarindon sydämessä. Omasta patio / kattotuuletin on upeat näkymät uima-altaalle ja merelle. Yksikössä on keskeinen ilma, kaapeli-tv, DVD, täydellinen keittiö ja paljon muuta.

Sunrise Condominium -kompleksi on espanjalainen, hacienda-tyylirakenne, jossa on 24 tunnin vartiointi, turvallinen pysäköinti ja ylimitoitettu uima-allas. Tamarindon sydämessä on vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta, lukuisia ravintoloita, baareja ja kauppoja, surf-kauppoja, pankkia, kasinoa ja internet-kahvila. I would give this property 10 stars if that was an option. The suite and property is well taken care of and in an excellent location. Security is excellent and very friendly. Upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine, a fresh bag of Costa Rica coffee and a nice welcome note. Paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent were supplied. Lots of cleaning supplies and towels for the pool and beach. We stayed 16 days and the maid came twice to clean. She did a good job and spoke good English. On the second day someone left a delicious loaf of buns and a jar of applesauce. Maybe a bakery promotion but we could not find the store later to thank them. Also let RPM(management company) know a couple of things that were not working and they had maintenance repair them before we returned to the condo that day. Never seen that before!! Very friendly and prompt with the service for sure. I would definitely stay there again if I visited Costa Rica.

Spacious w obstructed view of beach
The place was nice and clean and cooled on arrival. It is dated which you can tell by photos but has everything you need. Master bath has no real room for toiletries so we used a stool and the coffee make absolutely needs to be replaced! Took forever to make a pot and the pause and serve feature no longer works. We enjoyed the patio where one of of use could sit to see the beach. Management company was good with communication and we enjoyed many restaurants around town. Tamarindo was a great experience.

Great location, super comfy
First off, the pictures don't do justice to the interior decorations. The paint is not that garish in real life, the orange and green will not burn your eyes out, and the surfboards mounted on walls with high ceilings look great. The hosts left a little gift bag of coffee & wine to get started. I needed to go next the shop next door to pick up coffee filters & a corkscrew, but that was a minor detail. The location is perfect for dawn patrol surfing or simply walking on the beach at sunrise. Easily walkable to restaurants, and quiet away from everything. There is dedicated parking & a guard house.

Really good home base for Costa Rica vacation
Property has a nice pool and great location. It's right in the heart of Tamarindo which has a nice surf beach. It's not the prettiest town but has lots of food options. Condo isn't the most luxurious but it all works. Bunk bed in kids room is very high and doesn't have a safety rail or a ladder that we saw.

There were small things like the stove being broken and no water on the last day for a period but overall a great stay. A little grungy and can use some updating. Would be nice if they provided pool floaties or something similar. But still a great time!

Beautiful Condo near the beach
We stayed at this beautiful well appointed condo in April 2024. They left us yummy treats to enjoy which we really appreciated. The location is amazing. It is right across the street from the beach. It is centrally located so all the restaurants and shopping is right there. There is a grocery store steps away from the property. We rented a golf cart but truthfully didn’t need it. The view from the porch is amazing. We loved the pool. We could hear the howler monkeys every morning and saw them in the property on our last day.

The property was excellent. Well located with a surprisingly large deck which we used constantly. The property is very well situated so going out at night was never a problem. There is a small grocery store very close. The pool was warm and clean...well used by our grankids. The unit my son rented had some beach chairs. We did not so that would have been nice. The u it itself was set up well so no complaints. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was very nice. Kitchen fully equipped with cooking equipment. Bbq worked well. There was no bbq brush, but it could have blown away. Sometimes big winds come up, but it dries your clothes quickly, if you tie them down. Everything was as advertised. Lots of swimming towels ready to go.

Tamarindo Experience
We had a wonderful stay in Tamarindo. People were wonderful, food was great and lots to do. Getting to the condo and checking in and out was very easy. Being on the top floor we had a nice partial view of the ocean, full view of the pool. Sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed our Costa Rican coffee. Condo is steps from the beach across the road. About 75 yards from two chairs and an umbrella we rented on beach days. Short walk from all kinds of restaurants and shops, very convenient location. Tamarindo is a tale of two cities. The higher end, touristy stuff and the cool, funky little surf town that it is also. Condo is right on the line between the two. Go left out of the building you find shops and restaurants. Go right you find surf lessons, horses to ride and little shops where the owner will chat with you about what's been happening for the last few weeks. Very friendly people. The condo was clean, nice welcome package, linens were fresh and crisp, all A+ there. German at RPM was our concierge, he was amazing. Set us up with great excursions and wonderful guides. Really helped make the trip. If I had to find something to complain about, the condo is starting to show its age a little but, that's very minor. We had a blast and would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic. Right in the heart of Tamarindo. We were able to walk everywhere and were so happy to not have to drive to anything although the parking was easy and convenient at the condo. Washer and dryer were great. Balcony overlooked the pool and the beach. Was an easy walk across the street to the beach. My only complaint was a lack of beach stuff: no beach towels, sand toys, boogie board or chairs. This is a minor complaint in the end but it seems like an easy fix. We ended up leaving all the sand toys and boogie board we had purchased. Would absolutely stay there again. Plenty of dining options within an easy walk. Felt extremely safe as well.

Great location
We had a great stay in this property! The views were beautiful and we were in walkable distance to all of Tamarindo Beach. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The condo was clean and well equipped and the property management was a huge help in helping us find transportation and other information about the area. We can't wait to come back!
