This house's architecture and design are very refreshing with lots, and lots of glass to let the light in from different spots, like the multiple ample windows, and even in the bathroom where you can take a shower with a translucent ceiling and rock walls.

In case of an “emergency”, there is a desk so you or any of your guests can attend a meeting or finish some homework comfortably and on time to have a well-deserved splash at the pool.

Its white walls and natural wood accents have been thoughtfully prepared to offer you the perfect refreshing atmosphere yet the warmth of a tropical home, enhanced with decoration that brings the right balance, with glances of color here and there.

The open concept in the living, kitchen, and dining areas along with the windows and sliding doors let the outside greenery merge inside. The wide sofa is movie ready and there is a dining table for 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, even a complete oven and all utensils you may need. It features a huge island with seats for 4, where you can cook with a view of the pool or the TV to not miss a thing.

You’ll have a hard time deciding where to spend more time with the beautiful and ample terrace that awaits you, where there is a table for 4 and a gas BBQ grill to enjoy freshly cooked beef or corn feeling the tropical breeze.

In the main building, you’ll find 3 bedrooms very spacious with closets, pillow-top premium mattresses, and lines so comfortable that will make you feel like sleeping among clouds. All of them have private bathrooms with open ceilings and air conditioners, all of them with a king bed each. There is another detached bedroom for extra privacy that features a queen bed. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.

The house is fully equipped with A/C, ceiling fans, Smart TV with streaming or cable, and high-speed internet, as well as a laundry room for your convenience. There are two parking spots in an open space outside, the garage is not available yet, we’re deeply sorry for this inconvenience.

As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. There are other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more. The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club is included in the rental, but they have a $5 fee, per person per day for the use of this amenity.
