From day one, I contacted the property because there was a strong chemical and moldy smell that was terrible, and the AC was very dirty. There was dust all over the place, and I had difficulty breathing throughout my stay. The toilets did not work properly, and there were occasional waves of a sewage water smell. The dishes were dirty, the washing machine wasn’t functioning, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, like 20-year-old mattresses.
I was considering canceling my stay, but due to the hurricane floods, there was a limited availability of houses, so I had no other option.
Additionally, Randy arrived before the checkout time and asked me about my stay. I gave him feedback about the house, but instead of taking the criticism constructively, he got upset and started calling me a “nasty woman.” It was a very difficult and uncomfortable experience
