I unfortunately had a last-minute change of plans and needed to book a hotel stay for a night. Overall, it was an okay experience. However, having to witness cockroaches crawl over the walls, floors and even my bed, was not comfortable. The place needs an exterminator.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway was horrible and the bedroom smells like bleach. In the shower only the hot water was working. Tv didn't work. Towels where disgusting.This is the worst hotel ever. Im almost throw up.I will Never ever come back.

You must be kidding! When I tried checking in last night, the lobby was locked and I had to find another hotel. What kind of hotel closes at night. I never heard of such a thing and am in the process of getting my money refunded. I will make sure family and friends stay away from Expedia after the miserable customer service call this morning!!!

I got to my hotel and no one was here to check me in this is very unprofessional! They have a number for after hours guest and the phone does not work! I am very upset I had to sleep on the airport!

A sad place. Stayed here due to lack of availability st other hotels. Front desk closes atx10pm, the phone to call the night clerk did not work. Had to call the 800 reservation number for them to call the property to get checked in. Room hd heavy smell of deodorizer. The elevator and some hall areas smelled of weed.

I checked out around 7 AM and the front desk was not open. There was no where to drop the key. The shower head hose is kinked and makes showering very difficult. The property is dirty as was the room. A dresser drawer was missing the front panel. Disappointing.
