This beautiful and unique tiny house is located in Midtown Tampa (3027 W Cordelia St) within walking distance to Raymond James and New York Yankees Spring Training Stadium. Three minutes away from I-4 and 5 minutes from Riverwalk, Armateur Works, UT, Convention Center, Amalie Arena, SOHO, Tampa Int. Airport, International Plaza and the best restaurants in town. It comfortably accommodates up to threepeople. This gorgeous hideaway is ideal for study, business and leisure trips. Every detail is well-thought for you. The tiny house is a stand alone building, with privacy fence around its whole perimeter, private gate and lock box self (check-in).This property is available for long term stays. We offer a discount of 20% per week or 20% per month.

Lovely Tiny house
We rented this house to attend a music conference. As the title says: it is a tiny pre-built house next to the main house, but it is private. Offers everything you need. Host paid attention to details offering welcome treats and providing bathroom and kitchen essentials (toothpicks, mouthwash, body lotion, shampoo, etc, salt, pepper, ramen soup, cofee, etc). Easy to communicate with host. Our plans changed several times and Tania was willing to accomodate.Pictures are misleading: there is a small fridge, not a refrigerator. Comes with a portable stove, microwave, toaster, airfryer, cofee maker, pots, pans, utensils, iron and board. Basics you need to cook and eat are offered.We are both 5 feet and had trouble dressing in the upper lodge. I was ok with the steep stairs to the bedroom lodge, but my teenager daughter did not feel safe.I did remote work during our stay, neighborhood is quiet and internet reliable. I used the multipurpose table as desk.This is a good place for 2 people; 4 will be crowded.Comfortable place for the price, will recommend or stay here again if in the area.

Adorable! I was amazed at the layout. Everything we needed including a cute outdoor space. Very close to Raymond James Stadium. We didn’t lack anything. Very clean! We would definitely rent this again!

Nice day. Small place.
The property is a minimalist's dream. We are bigger people; I'm 6'4" and my wife is 5'8". That said, we knew what we were getting. The description was accurate. I would recommend it for shorter people.The property was clean and the location is great, especially if you're going to a football game at the stadium. It's about a mile away. It's an easy walk. and an easy walk.

Perfect stay/close to everything
We were in town for the UFC event at Amelia Arena. It was a very short five minute drive and perfect for our overnight stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the space is perfect for two to three people. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It’s my second stay and we will definitely use it again if available.

I am an alumnus of the University Of South Florida. My daughter is currently a freshman there. My son and I made the drive from Fort Myers. All three of us stayed at the property and attended the USF football game on Saturday. My son and I then attended the Buccaneers game on Sunday at Raymond James. PERFECT

Amazing! 15 minute walk to stadium
It’s adorable, clean, and everything you need. 15 minute walk to the stadium. We felt safe and secure here too. I had two teens with me for the trip and we all slept comfortably and really enjoyed the experience. I can’t recommend this place and host enough.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this Tiny House! Host was very accommodating and answered questions promptly! Location to the stadium was essential as we wanted to park and walk to the Buccaneers vs Bronco game. It was a 20 minute walk to stadium, however not 1 minute as stated in listing, but convenient none the less. Fun experience! Thanks so much!

We enjoyed staying. It was very quiet and private. I had an issue with my apps but was able to communicate perfectly through messaging. The experience and stay were very pleasant. Would def recommend this.

The Property is in excellent condition however there was no microwave. That was just a little disappointing for me, as I was only staying for two nights. I took the opportunity to familiar myself with the area instead.

Cute little tiny house, just what we were looking for. However the listing shows Raymond James Stadium as the location and says it's a 1-minute, 0.1-mile walk. Our vacation included going to the stadium for an event, and in actuality it's one mile away and around a 20-minute walk, so being misled there was pretty frustrating. But other than that the stay was great, easy, straightforward and the apartment was cute and exactly as presented.

Great Location! The house was equipped with everything you need. Great place to stay. We attended the Saints / Buccaneer's game and the location was perfect distance from the stadium. The host is very responsive, Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the tiny house. We went to a football game and it was an easy 15 minute walk to the stadium. The house is so cute and clean. It has its own entrance and gate and the cutest deck. It was so nice to bring our 2 little dogs. They loved being able to roam around the yard. We will definitely stay at the tiny house anytime we visit Tampa!
