Hyvin varusteltu kaupunkiasunto on kauniisti sisustettu. Siinä on uudet ruokapöydän tuolit, sohva ja rakkausistuin, ostettu maaliskuussa 2019, 4 terassia, 2 näkymää satamaan (jossa manaatit ja delfiinit ovat huomanneet uintia), 4 televisiota, kaapeli, internet, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, graniitti työtasot ja ruostumaton teräs laitteet. Laatat ja parketit kaikkialla. Makuuhuoneessa on king pylvässänky ja kylpyhuone kylpyamme, 2. makuuhuoneessa on queen kylpyhuone kylpyamme, ja 3. makuuhuone on queen-vuode ja sijaitsee vieressä tärkein kylpyamme. Sohva vetää ulos mukava queen size nukkuja. Lisäksi meillä on käytettävissä queen ilmapatja ja pack n play.

Kaupunkiasunto on Resort & Club Little Harbor joka on aivan Tampa Bay välillä Tampa ja Sarasota mutta syrjässä.

Ranta on vain metrin päässä kodistamme. Rannalla voit nauttia täyden palvelun ruokailu koko päivän, Tiki baari elävää viihdettä, ja kauniita auringonlaskuja yli Tampa Bay. Our family vacation at this incredible townhouse, was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the thoughtful details, and unbeatable comfort that this property offered.The townhouse was immaculate, with a decor that made us feel right at home. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The fully-equipped kitchen was a dream, allowing us to prepare meals together with ease.The location was another highlight. Nestled in a peaceful spot, the townhouse was just minutes from the beach. We loved spending our mornings exploring the area. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They truly made us feel like VIPs. Every question was answered promptly, and their attention to detail was impeccable. This townhouse exceeded every expectation and was the perfect backdrop for creating lasting family memories. We’re already planning our next visit and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.

Amazing property
This condo was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't have been happier. From the adorable decorations on the inside to the amazing comfortable beds! We were also impressed with how many items the place had that you need for every day vacation living! The kitchen was stocked with utensils, baking wear, and more just like at home! I got up every morning and was able to make us real meals. We will definitely be coming back to this place for another family vacation!

Perfect location - wonderful space
Staying anywhere with little ones can be a challange. This beautiful townhome felt like home, we didn't want to leave. The attention to detail and cleaning was so appreciated. The furniture has been updated and is nicer than in the pictures (now leather style sofas). We had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped which made it easy for us to make meals there. The location was easy to access everywhere we wanted to go. The manatee viewing in Apollo Beach was close and fun, but we probably got better views from the balconies in the mornings. We saw dolphins and manatees from the balconies. The hosts were responsive and helpful - we were a bit all over the place as we are exploring the area to move. We extended our stay, the hosts were very accommodating. Unfortunately, the beach was closed after the last storm and had not recovered by the time we visited. We enjoyed the restaurant with the beach view. My husband enjoyed the gym, the babies and I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi overlooking the water. The bar nextdoor to the pool also had good food. We look forward to coming back! Thank you!

Great condo. Very clean. Nice location. Great, friendly restaurant near by. Ease of use and communications. Only downfall was no TP upon arrival and master bedroom’s a/c wasn’t working well. Owner was to have it repaired. Overall good experience.

We loved everything about this beautiful home. It felt like home away from home. There was plenty of space for our family and many extra amenities: extra beach towels, mini fans in each room, a mini cooler for the beach, bikes, beach chairs, blow up mattress, extra blankets and sheets as needed. Very well stocked. Julie was attentive to our needs and available whenever we had a question. Her responses were prompt and caring. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Nice Getaway
I visited this condo with 4 friends. It was beautiful!! The balconies facing the water were so relaxing and we saw manatees every day! The bedrooms were all big and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked for use. Check in and entry was so easy. Julie gave some great suggestions. The beaches are about a 30 minute drive but it was not bad at all. We only tried one restaurant on site and it was good. We did have an issue with the A/C in the main bedroom which made sleeping a little uncomfortable but I contacted the host and she was trying to work on it. I would’ve given it 5 overall stars if we were at least offered a couple nights or even one night refund. It was hot! Overall, if you want to be in the middle of action this is not the place for you. If you want a quiet, relaxing time this is perfect!

Beautiful home, great views, a relaxing place
My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this home on this property. It was very relaxing and the beach truly is just a short walk away. An osprey visited every night on a tree by the inlet and stayed until the next morning. We saw manatees each day too in the inlet. This home was very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere about it. Julie was excellent in communicating with. I'll definitely choose this home again should I ever go back to the area.

Manatees, Dolphins, and Relaxation, Oh My!
This was such a hidden treasure! Watching the manatees off the deck was my favorite, but the private beach, pool/hot tub (also where you watch the dolphins!), appetizers from Hooks (in the complex at the pool), and watching the sunset while eating at Sunset Grill (in the complex at the beach) were close seconds. The kids also enjoyed the game room and basketball court. Everything I mentioned is in the complex and an easy walk if you don't want to drive. The location is also about an hour from other great places to check out. For those of you with kids, it's good to know that there is a first-floor bedroom next to a common bathroom, thenthe next floor has another bedroom (with its own bathroom), and the master (also its own bathroom). Each room has its own deck (the master looks over the Manatee's grove) and spacious closet and drawer space. If you're looking for a peaceful location--look no further. You are surrounded by peace here! Side note: The owners checked in on Day 1 to ensure everything was all set. This was very much appreciated (just in case), and I was happy to say that everything met our expectations (exceeded, really!).

Beautiful stay
The unit is very nice. We sat on the balcony to watch the manatees in the lagoon. I made a mistake with our reservation, and Julie, the host, noticed it before me. She contacted me and resolved the issue with efficiency, grace and respect. We then continued to enjoy our stay as I had originally intended. Seamless. Thanks, Julie. We would recommend and stay again ourselves.

Great house and location!
We had a great time and the property exceeded our expectations! Was clean and very well stocked. The host, Julie, checked in with me the first day to make sure we had everything that we needed. We liked the central location between Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota. Enjoyed seeing the manatees from our windows and the private pool. We ended up dining every night at The Sunset Bar and Grill, which is within the complex. They have live entertainment every night, amazing calamari, and the best key lime pie I ever had! Also great outdoor seating and sunsets! We will definitely book again!

Nice place!
Family of 5, plenty of room, beautifully decorated, kitchen has everything you'd need, she thought of everything through and through. House took a long while to cool down, but in all fairness it was 100 degrees out! Two broken things in master but we worked around them easily. The complex needs to do a better job of signage, but that is zero reflection on the homeowner. Would definitely stay again!! Thank you!
