Our room was clean and beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and served until 10am- later than most hotels. The hotel offered a free shuttle for drop off and pickup at Busch Gardens’ park entrance which was super convenient! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Some of the staff was friendly. Our key card to our room did not work. Staff tried to fix it five times and it did not work during our overnight stay. This was a huge inconvenience when traveling alone with 3 children and myself.

It was fine. Nice size room and building is okay. We were going to Busch Gardens so it was perfect to just shower and sleep overnight. It served its purpose.

Very good hotel but not in the greatest neighborhood. Daytime walking was not an issue.
