Amazing stay!!!
We loved our stay. Beautiful hotel/condo building in a trendy neighborhood. Amalie arena is only a few steps away so it was easy for us to attend a hockey game. Nice grocery store a few blocks away in order to pickup some food and drinks. Very friendly staff. We will definitely return.

The property was modern and clean however the room we where given a one bedroom apartment as ordered was next to the doors to the garage and trash shoots both of which slammed very loud every time someone opened the doors. Not conducive to a restful time or a good night's sleep, and on top the two doors to the garage block did not lock so anyone from the streets could enter the property from outside no security at all even though to use the lifts you have to swipe your door key which is a total waste of time as if you wanted you could just use the stairs so security sucks

Great location pricey stay
Parking garage confusing. Bad signage and directions. No bellman. Great room. Perfect location. Bed mattress a bit too hard. No bar or restaurant but many out on the street. Rooms are a bit overpriced but the location and quality is quite good

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. However, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbors throughout the night, which disrupted our sleep. Additionally, the living room curtains were not blackout curtains, so light streamed in early in the morning. This would be especially problematic for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed. Speaking of which, the sofa did not convert into a bed as expected. We also requested bedding for our son and only received a pillow and duvet, with no sheet.
