Rentoudu ylellisyydellä kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla, kun aloitat unohtumattoman kokemuksen tässä viihtyisässä, hiljattain uusitussa 2br 2ba Lake Front Home -hotellissa. Se on täydellinen, rentouttava pakopaikka kaikkina vuodenaikoina. Perheesi ja ystäväsi voivat nauttia letkuista, wakeboardingista, vesihiihdosta, mahtavasta kalastuksesta, melonnasta, uinnista ja vain rentoutua kauniilla Calm-järvellä! Suuri veneramppi, joka sijaitsee kätevästi kiinteistöllä, jotta voit käynnistää kalastus- / hiihtoveneesi ja / tai vesiskootterisi.

Olemme kätevällä paikalla Odessassa, Fl. Lähellä Tampa Bayn sydäntä ja kaikkea mitä se voi tarjota. Olemme 30 minuutin tai vähemmän päässä Tampan kansainvälisestä lentokentästä, ostoskeskuksista, Busch Gardensista, Tarpon Springs Sponge -telakoista ja Lowry Parkin eläintarhasta. 40 minuutin päässä Persianlahden rannoista, Hard Rock Casinosta, Floridan akvaariosta, Strazin esittävien taiteiden keskuksesta (Broadway osoittaa), Weeki Wachee Springsistä. Urheilun ystävät, olemme koti Tampa Bay Buccaneers-, Rays- ja Lighting-urheilujoukkueille. Lisäksi olemme vain 1. 5 tunnin päässä Walt Disneystä, SeaWorldista, Universal Studiosta ja kaikista Orlandon nähtävyyksistä. Minuutin päässä kotioveltasi ovat paikalliset ravintolat, pyöräilyreitit, Farmers Market, 4. 5 tähden golfkentät, huoltoasemat ja ruokakaupat. Olemme lähellä kaikkea, mutta olemme kuitenkin vieressä rauhalliseen keitaan.

Sisältä löydät avoimen pohjapiirroksen, jossa on kutsuva lohduttava sisustus, ranskalaiset ovet oleskelutilassa ja makuuhuone, jotka avautuvat suurelle seulotulle kuistilla, joka kattaa kodin koko leveyden, näkymä järvelle. Tämä on paikka lukea, rentoutua, syödä ja nauttia näkymästä virheetöntä. Keittiössä on kaikki ruoanlaittoon liittyvät tarpeet. Seiso tiskiallas ja nauti upeasta näkymästä. Keittiössä on astianpesukone, liesi, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi jääpalakoneella ja vedellä. Järjestelmässä on makuuhuone, jossa queen-size-vuode, ranskalaisin ovin. Makaa sängyssä joka aamu tai ilta ja nauti järven nähtävyyksistä ja äänistä. Siellä on myös täysin varustettu kylpyhuone, suihkukaappi, joka ei petä. Siellä on vielä yksi makuuhuone, jossa kaksi erillistä / täysikokoista kerrossänkyä, jossa on ulosvedettävä erillinen vyö. Kodin sisällä on vielä yksi kylpyammeella / suihkulla varustettu kylpyhuone, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Olohuoneessa on iso näyttö-tv, pelikonsoli, DVD, lautapelejä, wifi ja Netflix.

Ulkopuolella on suuri turvatarkastus kuistilla, tuuletin, patiohuonekalut rentoutumiseen ja ulkona syömiseen. On palo kuoppaan, hiiligrilli, kalanpuhdistusasema ja 3 kajakkeja nauttia. Järvellä on rantahotelli, voit kävellä sisään. Näet upea auringonlasku aivan järven ympäri vuoden. Tämä koti on loistava paikka päästä pois ja tehdä pysyviä perhemuistoja.

This is a pretty perfect property on a lovely lake with amazing sunsets. Wonderful owners who are extremely nice and very helpful. We had another peaceful stay on Calm Lake. Highly recommend!

This lakehouse was perfect!!! Beautiful renovation of a mid-century build. Modern appliances. Adorable decor. Hot water for days under lux showerhead. Well stocked kitchen. View amazing. Appreciated the use of kayaks. Great neighbor. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Excellent relaxing environment
This is our second time at the Lindsay lakehouse. We spent five weeks enjoying the peaceful surroundings, the cottage, the lake and wild life activity. The cottage is close to Live theatre, golf, restaurants, shopping etc. we found a lovely deli close to the cottage on Gunn highway called Joey,s Deli. Delightful. Shannon is very responsive and respectful of the guests staying at the cottage. Her communication is immediate although we had no issues while there. The description of the accommodations is accurate. The kitchen is fully equipped and the availability of a washer/dryer invaluable. My husband and I highly recommend this cottage.

May Getaway!
This is the second time we have stayed here! This place is definitely a great place to get away for a bit. Clean, comfortable, quiet, cozy and more! It is close to all the big stuff, but nestled away on a lake in a quiet area. The hosts are very good and provide good communication and I feel would be there for any issues, should they arise. We thoroughly enjoy staying here!

Work trip to Tampa, Training at Local Flight Safety facility 12 minute drive. Location of this house is wonderful. Local restaurants, grocery stores! Relaxing back porch and kayaks to venture out on. Bass fishing is a bonus. Kitchen has all the needed supplies. Wifi and washer & dryer. Will visit again.

absolutely wonderful little house on the lake! beautiful sunsets! clean and comfortable! awesome screened in patio! well stocked kitchen! easy to follow directions for check in! And most of all, a really good host! they communicated with us before checking to make sure all was ready and made sure we were comfortable after we arrived! An enjoyable retreat that we would like to go back to! All in all, a great place to stay!

Loved the "Lake House".
We loved the "lake house." Sunsets are spectacular indeed, but ordinary days are lovely, too. Kayaking and birdlife are a plus and all is generally peaceful (nice neighbors too). The house itself is clean, cool, and charming. The screened in patio really extends the living space (and no worries about mosquitos or intense sun etc). A pleasure to come back to, after a day at the beach and braving the Tampa Bay Area traffic. Shannon and the crew were very kind and responsive. We hope to return (frequently). Highly recommend it!

A refreshing Oasis
This place far exceeded our expectations! Very peaceful and relaxing time for us. Very clean and well stocked Shannon was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. We greatly enjoyed the bike/walking trails close by. Gorgeous sunsets over the lake. A very peaceful haven! The screened in porch was a highlight as well! Would definitely love to come back!

Fabulous Lake Retreat
We loved our stay in this lovely home. We enjoyed having the lovely view of the lake everyday. The finishes in the home are beautiful, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the neighborhood is very quiet. The owners were very responsive making sure we got in okay, and checking in with us the day we were scheduled to leave. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Experience
We frequently stay at VBRO rentals and this one has been the best thus far. Upon check-in which was super easy we were greeted with thoughtful touches (including Cuban bread & pastries) and a super clean house. During our stay the hosts were sure to check-in with us and make sure we had their contact info in case we needed anything, The house is set-up very well to make sure you have everything you need. If you are looking for a quiet, serene, peaceful setting, this is your place. You can feel the love and prayer that have gone into this lake house. If fishing is your thing (my husband is obsessed), then you will not be disappointed. He had a great week of fishing and did very well. If resting is your thing (I needed it), then you will not be disappointed. I laid in the huge screened in porch (I think they call it a lanai) staring at the beautiful lake and loved every second of it. We will definitely be booking here again since it is so close to our kids.

Refresh and growth
Pictures do not give justice to the beauty of the lake house. Upon walking in, we were greeted with peace and tranquility, it ushered us into a week of very memorable moments. The fellowship of the covenant was deep and profound; the lake house is a precious place to me. The owner’s care to our simple needs accentuated the experience and the lovely decor welcomed us. The bass in the lake are not shy and are plentiful, we used a black worm. Dinner at sunset was beautiful an offered much to talk about. Forever grateful to be able to stay here and for the memories that have seeded growth and unity in our marriage but most important our relationship with Christ!

Great place! Exactly as described. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place, this Lake house is for you! This house has everything you would need for a delightful stay. The property manager was extremely hospitable with snacks, fluffy towels and awesome pillows.

So Calm
We enjoyed our month of the Lake Calm peace. A sand crane we named Sassafras hung out nightly to enjoy the setting and made the stay even more special. The place was super clean and the owners very responsive and helpful.

Lakehouse Heaven
This is the best rental experience we have ever had. From communication with the owners, how clean and welcoming the home is to the views and neighbors. This house had absolutely everything there is nothing missing and the details added to make the stay comfortable was just tremendous. My kids had a blast with the friendly neighbors, the owners are super kind and very accommodating. The house was spotless, comfortable and if you forgot something they had it. The views are priceless. This is one home we will definitely rent over and over again, we wanted to buy it :)

Christmas at the Lindsay Lakehouse
We enjoyed our two week holiday stay at the lake! The home is charming with well appointed comforts of home. The owners thought of many touches to make your stay comfortable from plush throw blankets, beautiful beach towels and all the kitchen gadgets you need! The beds are very comfortable and it’s just enough space for your family. The true prize of your stay is the lake view. You never tire of it and sunsets are something to be cherished. There is a fire pit, kayaks and a charcoal grill to enjoy. The owners were very responsive when we did reach out on inquiry of the property and with a few questions. Winn Dixie is a mile down the road. The surrounding area offers nature preserves, Tampa Bay walking/biking trails, Citrus Park Mall, golf courses -something for everyone. Do not hesitate to stay here!

Charming lakefront on ski lake
I live nearby and rented for my extended family who came for my son’s graduation. My family had access to a well stocked kitchen and clean cozy living space. The screened porch, living space as well as master bedroom are situated to take in glorious lakefront sunsets. The lake is smooth and calm in the morning as well as clear. This home has a queen bed in the master and a twin over full bunk bed with pull out trundle so everyone was comfy. The home is on a quiet, safe street. We were super pleased with this rental and would stay again if the opportunity arises.
