Tampa Bay Area Getaway

Talo on hiljattain remontoitu, ja sitä ei sisusteta kokonaan ennen 20. tammikuuta 2020. Hyväksymme kaikki varaukset 20. tammikuuta jälkeen. Päivitetyt kuvat ladataan valmistumisen jälkeen. Tämä on ylellinen 3 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneen koti. Siinä on valtava makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone. Koti on myös suojattu patio ja iso takapiha. Koti on loistavalla paikalla, lähellä huvipuistoja, Little Harbor Beachiä, ravintoloita ja ostosmahdollisuuksia!
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Ruskin Family Drive-In. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla poreallas ja pelihalli/-huone. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Good home for people with small dogs
Pros: The house was clean and bug free. The flooring is modern and durable and the primary bathroom is nicely updated. Screen porch and fenced yard were helpful with our two little dogs. We had a glitch with the wifi and the host responded quickly and got it working. Convenient location to publix and some nice restaurants in Apollo Beach.Cons: The neighborhood was a bit messy and seemed to have a lot of rentals which was not unexpected. If you are looking for a newer home that allows short term rentals I think that is typical and there are not a lot of options.There are even fewer choices with a fenced back yard that allow small dogs. The only complaint would be that the back yard is all weeds and a lot of dirt. Fortunately it didn't rain during our visit, but having a towel handy to clean your dogs feet when they come in is a good idea.

Sketchy neighborhood. Dog next door barks from midnight till 1 AM. Yard is weeds and dirt. No grass. Shower head in mstr bath is pitiful. Otherwise inside home is good. Very clean.

Perfect for my picky Mom!
I brought my Mom to a music festival in the area. She is very picky about cleanliness and, well….everything lol! She absolutely loved staying in this house! It was perfect for our needs! The host made communication easy and the check-in process couldn’t be easier for two older ladies. We will definitely stay here again if we get back down that way!

Updated 3-2 home in Ruskin FL. Plenty of amenities. Not too bad to get to from Interstate 75. Quite a bit of construction going on in the area. All of the home functions worked well and we had no problems. We would stay there again if we are in that area.

March 24-29 stay
We had a wonderful visit. The house was immaculately clean. The cupboards were labeled to make it easy to find things. I loved relaxing on the screened in porch. Quiet neighborhood and close to many parks and the beach. I would stay there again!

Just what we needed
The house was quiet, super clean and comfortable. It has everything needed for a relaxing stay. The back yard needs a little work because there is no actual grass but all in all the house is amazing. I would definitely stay again.

Ruskin visit
The house is nicely furnished and very clean and well-kept. It was also bug-free, which is really hard to accomplish in Florida. The kitchen was well-equipped and had most of the gadgets anyone would likely want to use. The owner responded quickly to all of our inquiries. Overall we had a pleasant stay in Ruskin.

Everything and Arcade Games Too
This is a pleasant and modern home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The modern design is very chic, and the furnishings, kitchen, arcade games, etc were excellent. Arrianna was an excellent host/manager, and every call brought a quick and effective response. When we checked out, I left a valuable item behind, and Arrianna found it for us and shipped it home to us. The TVs were all Roku only, and we missed some of our customary cable channels. There was a small charcoal grill, and it worked well.

Home away from home
The location is in a quiet neighborhood. The home is beautiful and has everything you need. I really like Arriana had a fruit basket and drinks in the fridge, and there were some spices in the cabinet. You will need a car and beach towels, there are beach chairs in the game room. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here, I will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful Home
This home was everything we could have hoped for! It is beautiful inside and everything was very clean! It has everything that was in the description. The owners left a number of "extras" such as snacks, fresh fruit, soda and water, as well as travel sized bathroom necessities (shampoo, lotion, soap). The owners were quick to respond when we contacted them. We would definitely stay at this home again!
