Nestled in a charming old Spanish neighborhood undergoing a vibrant revival, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sits at the edge of historic Ybor City, just minutes from Channelside and Downtown Tampa. The location provides a unique cultural experience, blending historic charm with modern convenience. Home Features:
• Master Bedroom – King-size bed, luxurious walk-in closet, and private en-suite bathroom.
• Second Bedroom – Queen-size bed and spacious walk-in closet.
• Third Bedroom (Currently an Office) – Perfect for remote work or study. Starting in April, this room will be converted into a bunk room with two full-size bunk beds and a desk combo, allowing for additional sleeping accommodations while still providing a functional workspace for remote workers.
• Shared Bathroom – Fully stocked with essentials for a refreshing shower or bath.
