Tyylikäs maalaiskoti, joka kuului samaan perheeseen 1920-luvulta rakentamisen jälkeen. Tämä ei ole evästeleikkuri! Suuri ryhmäkapasiteetti. Se sijaitsee 3 hehtaarin maalla suurella kannella ja yksityisyydellä. Talossa on puulattiat kaikkialla. Suuri EIK-keittiö on täysin uusittu ja siinä on astianpesukone. Keittiön pöydässä on 12. Se on avoin
ruokasali toisella suurella pöydällä, joka istuu 14. Ruokasalin vieressä on pelihuone, jossa on upouusi fussball-pöytä. On myös kaksi olohuonetta. Yksi on kaunis sisäänrakennettu kirjalaukku. Jokaisessa olohuoneessa on kaksi taulutelevisiota. Siellä on eteinen ja takakansi, joissa on paljon tilaa pelata. Kesäisin meillä on uusi pohja-allas, jossa on 6 jalkaa yksityisyyssuoja. Kävele Hunterille ja jopa Tanersvillelle ravintoloihin ja yöelämään. Erinomainen häihin. Trailways-bussipysäkki on vain tiellä alle puoli mailia. Sinun ei tarvitse edes autoa!

Excellent house for multiple families
Great house for 3-4 families. Lots of space and beds. Nice bathroom layout was very convenient. Kitchen and Dining room made for great dinners. Owner was very responsive. Skiied 3 days at Hunter and would recommend.

Great location
It was the second time we stayed at this house for a Christmas holiday celebration. The location of the house is very close to the skiing area, and it’s totally private. We had the most fun and memorable time together at the house. We will definitely be back next time.

Great for large groups!
We had a group of 11 staying here over Labor Day weekend. The house is great for large groups (eg very practical bathroom setup, large kitchen). And, of course, having a private pool was amazing!! This is definitely a big, old house, so be aware of everything that entails.

Family Vacation
We had so much fun at the house. The pool was amazing, the yard was fantastic, the town was adorable, and there were plenty of beds to sleep in! We loved having all of the family under one roof and the kitchen and dining room was a great space to gather! Highly recommend staying here!!!

Very spacious and great location
The house was very spacious and accommodated our 3 family group perfectly. The location couldn’t be better if you’re planning on skiing at Hunter. The property manager, Vasili, was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

Great location and large kitchen
This house is big enough to fit our large group. Especially the kitchen is huge and stocked up with all the cooking equipments. Also, the location is great and is very close to Hunter mountain. The property manager Vasili was very nice to communicate with all the questions. Overall, we enjoyed staying in the house.

Pleasant stay
Pool is awesome once heating works, some back and forth to turn it on the heat but once it’s on no complain. Plenty of space inside the house for everyone. Some small issue come up but property manager quickly fixed it. His response to all questions were promptly and very helpful.

Hunter Mountain Getaway
Great experience at hunter Mountain. I came with a group of 12 to getaway from the city for a few days. The checkin process was seamless and the host even dropped off some pound cake from a local bakery as a welcome gift. Plenty of beds, clean and huge outdoor space and pool. Perfect for bbq and backyard games. Would highly recommend. The house is bigger than I expected and made for a great weekend.

Perfect for aLarge Group Getaway
This house was perfect for a large group that is looking to vacation with each other. Our weekend was mostly raining, so 17 people needed to stay in doors together for three days straight. There were enough rooms to set up a board games room, a movie screening room and still cook and socialize in the kitchen. It never once felt too crowded. Advice, bring hand towels as well as regular towels. It really is a perfect place for a large group. The property manger is helpful, responsive and really nice. The house is in great condition. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location, awesome fall colors!
This was a great location for 16 of us who wanted to get a nice escape from the City. It's close to Katerskills falls, which has one of the most amazing fall foliage views with the waterfall. It a spacious house and great backyard. We enjoyed our time and the ability to be all together in one big house!

Home with Beautiful Huge Yard and Big Pool
Our Long Weekend Stay for Fall Foliage Trip to Hunter, NY was successful and comfortable thanks to this oversized vacation rental that accommodates larger groups. The house has several perks like a gigantic backyard that serves as a playground and great for a quick outdoor walk. The fire pit is a fantastic feature because the sky is just gorgeous at night during this early Fall season. The owner monitored the weather and made the pool available even in October, on a 70 degree day, the pool was a bonus to have for kids. We enjoyed our stay so much and since the house was available we were able extend our stay by an additional day. We only had a minor issue unfortunately with some pesky rodent, but that is to be expected with the kind of wooded area around. Overall the property, the owner’s responsiveness and the outdoor views really impressed us all. Thank you for a beautiful long weekend stay.

Vasilli was very responsive and a good host. The house was big, and we all had a great time. The five kids had loads of fun, and we loved having the pool there. I feel we way overpayed though- I think about half of what he charged would have been fair. The house really needs to be updated - and the concrete/ AstroTurf by the pool is very ragged and not in great shape. The backyard was great, and we enjoyed using the fire pit. Overall, it is fine for a large group, but not worth what was charged a night.

Big pool, nice location
The house has a very convenient location between Tannersville and Hunter. It was easy to grab take out and there are restaurants with outdoor deck seating. Kaaterskill falls is very close as well as a number of good hikes. But the highlight was the big pool which our kids loved. The house is spacious. Really could’ve fit three families.

Family Getaway 2020
We were a group of 15 and the house offered plentiful space. We loved the HUGE backyard, the pool, the neighborhood. We stood in the house for 5 days and were able to celebrate my niece 2 year old birthday party and my high school niece graduation. The pool was very clean and heated for the kids and adults! Vasil was amazing! When we arrived he got us a delicious pound cake. He was very flexible, friendliy, and quickly respond to our questions. We will definitely come back!

Loved!
First off the property on this place is HUGE. We went there for the weekend and had my kids birthdays there and it was so perfect! Enough space for everything. The pool was very clean and heated for the kids. The house was very spacious, enough rooms for everybody. Loved that he had 2 refrigerators it made it easy to store everything we brought with us. Oh and vasili was nice enough to get us a delicious cake upon arrival. Loved everything about this house. Would definitely book again.

Terrible and Dirty
I had a group of 13 and due to the corona outbreak we went down to 9. I asked the owner if there was a good shortage because due to this we were thinking of cancelling. He said the market had food and we could not cancel we would loose the money. 9 of us made. 4 hour drive up to this house that looks a nothing like the pics advertised it was run down filthy plumbing issues. I contacted the owner. We left on Saturday insteD if sundY. Guests did not even want to shower or sleep in the beds. It was terrible. I contacted the owner last night with pictures of his home and requested a refund. He accused me of trying to make excuses to get my money back. He said I was harassing him. I have pictures and videos of the filth in this house. I tried to make the best of it and told him this but each room we went in something else was wrong. I have been renting thru VRBO for years and never had a problem but I don’t appreciate being accused of harassment from one of your clients. I am prepared to take legal action on this matter.

Ski weekend
The house offered plentiful space for multiple families and we loved that it was pet friendly. We were there on a particularly cold weekend and as it is a very old home, the first floor was very drafty and chilly. The second and third floors were warm. The house is located close to Hunter and Windham so we easily visited both mountains for skiing and tubing in one weekend. Vasili was very responsive and answered any questions we had immediately.
