Great hotel located right next to the Parliment building so very convenient to the heart of the city center. Awesome employees were very helpful. The room is more spacioius than I expected. Five stars all the way!

Unfortunately I was in room on 2nd floor........in the evening there was loud music in restaurant which disrupted sleep! Be careful to ask for high floor room if you are sensitive to quiet for sleep!

This hotel is a triumph of design over functionality. Must have been done by somebody who never used the things they designed. Almost everything, from bathroom to lighting to the safe, extremely difficult to make work. Also 150 metres up a very steep hill. Hot breakfast a waste of money. Buffet kind of OK. Cleaning and duvets first class.

It was a comfortable stay at Shota rustaveli. I stayed there recently with my family and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling alone, with your partner or with your family. The rooms are very clean with house keeping and cleaning done everyday. The hotel has a nice cafe below which is one of the highly rated cafe in the entire tibilisi. The breakfast buffet was amazing but was super expensive than the other places we ate in tibilisi. They seem to have a gym but the gym wasn’t functional in the time we went there. So if you have to do some exercises, then the best things would be the explore the beautiful streets and parks around rustaveli and go for a walk or a run in the neighbourhood. All in all, great stay, great location, and great food. Amenities could have been a little better but no complaints as such for a short stay.

The Shota rooms are very spacious and elegantly decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillow service (!) was amazing, giving us a chance to specify pillows of our choice. Location is also great for walking, although parking can be tough.
