Huonoa: Siisteys, palvelut/mukavuudet ja majoituspaikan kunto ja tilat
- upon booking the stay I did ask for it to be made special for our anniversary. This was not done
- upon reaching the hotel we were greeted by a staff member more concerned with helping there young daughter get McDonald's rather than checking us
- we had to pay a £15 charge for parking which was not passed on to us at the time of booking.
- our room was not made special at all. Instead we were met by mouldy windows, a skittles on the floor, a mouldy bathroom, with yellow stained floor mats.
- the gym: the pool was closed throughout our visit. The gym equipment had a lot of variety, but was old. The staff were all extremely friendly. And to get into the locker room you needed a separate code and so needed to wait for staff to get in.
- the gym does not provide padlocks and the lockers do not work with smaller locks. The locker room is not clean and looks outdated, the showered were mouldy. the steam room was not clean and was mouldy and the sauna also did not feel clean and had broken pieces of wood. On one occasion there was workmen in the area and one was topless which was unnecessary.
- The front line staff didn't really seem like they wanted to be there. They did meet every request but didn't seem so keen.
- pool tables cost to use. You can't bring food from outside and eat in the seating areas in the hotel as they expect you to buy there food.
- The windows have no safety locks.
- the cleaner did not replenish our toilet paper or tissues.
